Literally everytime I have went in this cricket the Caucasian lady has a very racist attitude,you can definitely tell she don't like Hispanic or black people seeing as I am a black Cuban.See really leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I try avoiding going to this one,but at least she's in the place and you're able to pay your bill because the other cricket on MLK will either have it's computers down so you can't pay Or they will leave the place wide open for close to 30minutes to an hour.I am not joking they have literally left the cricket store on MLK wide open so long to where there was another couple in there waiting on them for 30minutes when I came up to pay my bill.

I took an elderly friend here and the salesperson was so inexcusably awful. He wouldn't give her straightforward information about what the cheapest plan was. He kept saying, " well how much do you want to spend?" We found a flyer on the desk that gave us the info he seemed unwilling to give us. He did little to show her the different phone options. He didn't let her enter her own PIN discreetly, instead choosing one for her. Additionally, he played downright creepy music with vulgarity. He did at least change it after I complained. Finally, my friend suspects he overcharged her because he said the activation fee was $85. She paid, but then discovered later the receipt only reflected a $25 charge. She paid with cash so he probably pocketed the extra money. Shameless is the person that takes advantage of an elderly woman.

Called here to get a Samsung 20. At first I felt great because the lady who answered told me no rush, she would hold out until they closed- perfect. But to get there and hear they way Crystal (the cricket front staff employee) spoke to this Latin Man because he didn't like the phone he had just bought moments ago and wanted to return 3/5/22 was disgusting! She was incredibly rude! She kept trying to convince him to keep it. He was very clear he wanted a return. And when that did not work. She threatened him that if she did the return he might not get the taxes paid back on the $13 purchase! Oh she was SO petty. She berated that Man for wanting to return that phone in front of other's by repeating that SHE had to give her time to him instead of helping the guy she was with when he came back to return the phone. I had to leave. I just couldn't take it. Called the store on Victory and purchased my phone from them. That kind of person, Crystal, you would not want her to be the face of your store.

Lauren was awesome!!! I came in a few weeks back to find out some information on switching and I was thrilled to see her again when I returned. She got me in an affordable, to me, phone; with the storage I needed and gave me excellent customer service... I will definitely recommend her and cricket to my friends and family (because of her)!!!
