“I visited the Family home of Juliet Gordon Low in Savannah, Georgia. My tour was guided by a Girl Scout who was very knowledgeable of the the exhibits in the house. There were many pictures of Juliet’s family and also a few of her sculptures and paintings. The history of how the Girl Scouts of the USA came to own the house is heartwarming. Take time to see the house and take the tour.”

66 Johnny Mercer Blvd, Savannah“I don’t know where to begin with explaining how fabulous this facility is. There is something for the whole family! Our little one did the group and private swim lessons and it’s the most organized, safe, and fun program for kids and parents to meet while the little ones splash and perfect their skills. The instructors are patient, and extremely knowledgeable scaffolding the instruction as your child learns the basics of swim. My family is grateful to have found this facility.”

“So glad they were an option to donate our extra food from the week. We stayed in Savannah for just a little under a week and had rented a house. We bought breakfast food to cook instead of eating every meal out. I hope all the extras go to someone who can really use it instead of the trash. Our host wanted no food left.”
“My son has been attending Employability for over ten years. The administration is very responsive to our needs. My son has a community of friends there and is always happy to attend.”
“I've had the opportunity to work with Heather on multiple occasions as I am a leasing agent at a community here in Savannah. She always has the best heart set out for the people she helps! Everyone at the family promise is out to support the community of Savannah and truly are amazing!”
“Typical Restore. A bit heavier on the furniture and building goods than some other similar stores. Limited quantities housewares, books and things. It was a little warm in there the day we were there, but it was shaping up to be a very hot day outside.”
“Absolutely lovely, kind, supportive, and accommodating staff! All their TV electronic tech worked perfectly, no issues! The best used belongings store in Savannah, goodwill and other thrift stores all had broken tech, but not this place. Bought a TV and VCR!”
“Ed helped us load furniture into our car and even went as far as to wrap our things in cardboard to protect the car windows. So nice and helpful, needs a raise!!”
“The first Goodwill in Georgia I can express I enjoyed. Great selection of books which made my heart sing. It was nice that the employee walked up to me directly to let me know they were closing soon. That was a nice touch. Thanks for having a clean store too.”
“PACK is an absolutely amazing organization! Volunteering there changed my life! There are so many children that need help and aren’t always in a position to be able to ask for it. I am completely in awe of the wonderful things this organization is doing for the local youth. I encourage everyone to explore their website to learn more about the amazing things they are doing!”
