Top notch customer service! As a mother of 2 SCAD students over the years, we have used City Storage River Street multiple times. Every time the management (Glen) has been a pleasure to work with and they always have a caring attitude towards the students (and a LOT of patience) too! It is clear that they want to serve the community and are always prompt and fair if there are any issues. I highly recommend!

We stayed in a VRBO in Savannah for vacation. However check out time was 11am and flight was 630pm. We needed someplace to store our luggage for the day. This worked out great! Clean, quick, cheap, easy. Thanks!

Glen was super helpful and catering to our request to store our luggage for the day while we explored Savannah before our flight out. He walked us through accessing the storage unit after hours and gave us suggestions on where to go in the city. Very reasonably priced (we paid $15) and convenient location. The owner is wonderful!

City Storage exceeds expectations in what someone looks for in a storage facility.Glen truly goes above and beyond in his service, always determined to make sure people feel happy, secure, and stress-free, knowing their belongings are in good hands.Upon entering the office, you’ll be greeted by Glen, whose authenticity is instantly apparent. You can tell he has his customers’ best interests at heart and does everything he can to make sure they’re satisfied.Glen is always reliable, prompt in his emails, and consistently maintains a friendly and cheerful disposition. What’s refreshing about the latter is that he’s genuine the entire time.It is always a pleasure to interact with Glen and if you’re not sure which storage facility to choose in Savannah, meet with Glen and you’ll instantly be won over and welcomed to the City Storage family.Not only do I feel grateful that I was able to find storage on such short notice, but that Glen was kind enough, and instantly able, to accommodate my unforeseen need of a larger unit. He instantly relieved me of all my stress and worries.The world needs more Glens, and people looking to house their things definitely need to use City Storage .

The manager was there on Saturday and he was extremely helpful. He made sure that the elevator was available for the crazy amount of students that were trying to get their items at a storage. The place is clean and temperature is well kept. Only thing is I would add more rolling carts.

We live in Colorado and decided to have our wedding in Savannah. This created a huge problem for us since we had no way to get our decorations there. Glen and Jennifer at City Storage were absolutely amazing!!! They allowed us to mail our items there and they put them in our storage unit. There was lots of them and many were heavy. Even with that they gave us great customer service and when we arrived in town all of our items were safe and ready to go. The units are clean and convenient to access. I would highly recommend them!
