I had a wonderful experience these people are great. I read some of these reviews. Somebody Hass to be playing with these guys especially when I gave my car and when I picked up my car, the customer service was so great and the price I thought I had to pay a fortune for maintenance. I love these people thank you Chatham County Parkway, Toyota, this is a real review. You guys are great in and out very fast. Thank you again.

THEY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF! I took my Toyota in because at times I felt like the transmission wasn't shifting as smoothly as it should. After looking at my car they presented me with estimate of work totaling $3000! They said that my transmission needed a torque converter. I needed a transmission flush and my brakes needed new pads and rotors. It didn't feel right to me! So, I told them that I'd be getting another estimate. When I tried to pay for the scope job they'd done I was told to go sit down, they'd call me when they were ready! Finally, I got my keys and went out to my car. These people were obviously very pissed: the number tag was left on my review mirror, the plastic on my seat, and the paper on the floorboard! I then took my car to Toyota of Savannah. The mechanic drove my car and was unable to detect a problem. So, he asked me to ride with him so that I could point out the problem. As I said, I thought I detected a possible issue I wasn't even sure. This mechanic said that if the problem was a Torque Converter there would be a shuddering before the car shifts. He said that he couldn't recommend a Torque Converter. I then told him that Chatham Toyota had put my car on a scope and the diagnosis was a Torque Converter. He said that he didn't know how that was possible because "there isn't even a code for that!" He then looked at my brakes and said yes, I would need new pads but the rotors could be machined instead of replaced. In the end, he recommended a transmission flush, new brake pads and machined rotors. My final bill was $700 not $3000. My conclusion: beware of thieves!

Absolutely terrible company and business. DO NOT do business with these people. I placed a 500 dollar deposit down just to put my name on the list for an incoming truck. Ended up getting it fast and at a MUCH better deal in Hilton Head. it took me 2 months to even speak to somebody about my refund. They tried to scam me and give me a runaround every time. NEVER buy from these scam artists. Go to stokes or Savannah instead.

Do not deal with Yefri Pujols or James Breda. After being the first to contact them about a vehicle and being promised it was available, we negotiated and agreed upon a price. I accepted the price after several emails with James. Only after learning I was the first to contact them about a car and offering to pay more for it, was informed that someone else had mysteriously purchased the car (offering less than me and coming in after I contacted the dealership).James (the manager of the dealership) advised that he had issues with their secretary not providing him with my messages and stated he's spent two years trying to get Yefri to do a better job for him. Somehow James' admissions of guilt and wrongdoing resulted in me not getting the car. If you appreciate honesty, integrity and a commitment to customer service then I would advise you to look elsewhere. This experience with James was an unfortunate experience that lends credence to the bad reputation that car dealerships have.

My car broke down Friday evening of Memorial Day weekend. I had it towed and left at Chatham Parkway Toyota. The service department was open on Saturday but they could not get to it. We were on a long weekend in from Atlanta, the service department was open on Monday and they got us in. The car had a minimum of $1,500 repairs. Long story, we decided to purchase a new car. They made us a fair offer on the Sienna and accommodations on a rental car to get and keep in Atlanta until our Rav 4 arrived. It took 4 weeks. They offered to deliver the new car and return the rental at no extra charge. We love Savannah and took the drive. We were treated with courtesy and drove off the lot in less than an hour and a half. The entire staff from salesman Joe, to finance person Pam to manager Harry. We're all fantastic. Thank you

Upon calling a Chevrolet dealership I was routed to a call center at Chatham Parkway Toyota. The woman who answered the phone was rude and ultimately hung up on me without resolving the issue. The people who work at Chatham Toyota could be great, for all I know, but those who directly interact with their customers are rude as hell. I will definitely avoid Chatham Parkway Toyota when purchasing my next vehicle.

Wow such GREAT service!!!!! The staff was so friendly!!! I have been the another Toyota service station and I swear I will never go back. But this place has my service for life!!!! This was the first time my new 2021 car was being serviced here so I got the first one for free. They also gave me a free car wash which I thought was AWESOME!!! I'm guessing that was part of the first car first service deal but it was still pretty cool! The waiting room was large! and they had multiple places for you to sit and relax. They did have a coffee/tea section but I had my own drink so I wasn't able to check it out, but will next time.

I have to tell you that this was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. I came from Florida and we were actually initially in Charleston South Carolina when it appeared that the key battery died. I went to the Toyota dealership in Charleston, and the man at parts changed the battery and it still wasn't working. We asked him very politely if he could at least see if it was a problem with the battery and maybe we just needed a new one, but he's so rudely punted me over to the service department. The service department was very nice but upon hearing that we may need a couple of hours there, we decided that we would drive safely over to Savannah, our next stop on our road trip, and have them look at the car instead. Due to Covid, the facility is trying best to not except walkins and instead you can drop your car off and it can be seen first thing the next day, extremely safe for both you and other clients there. We knew we were staying at least two nights, so that seemed like a good option. When we went to meet the Service representative, Daniel, we were so happy to see someone who is so caring! Even though he was swamped, he took time out of his day to talk to us and to go over what the game plan was. I actually got a phone call two hours later, saying that the battery I had been sold back in Charleston was actually a bad battery. Daniel listened to our concerns that there was something just wrong with the battery, and that was the first thing he checked when he had a spare moment. This saved us over hundreds of dollars because a new FOB would've been about $300 and having a diagnostic scan run on the car would've been even pricier. Not to mention, Daniel was so sweet about everything and made sure that as soon as we got there we checked the car with him and felt comfortable before we even drove off. I was livid about our situation in Charleston, but Daniel in Savannah made this a great experience!
