Kayanna and her team are fantastic. Every time I come into this branch I’m greeted personally, given individualized attention, and get my problems solved. Most efficient bank and chase branch I’ve been in. Nobody enjoys going to the bank, but this Chase team makes it nice and keep my businesses coming back. Great work guys!

Tashawna the manager, was amazing and very knowledgeable of her job. I had an issue at another Chase location. I called her and she immediately step in and help us figure things out. I appreciate her call backs and eagerness to help the customer.

The receptionist was very nice but I didn’t like the way the they treat me. I had an appointment but even though I had to wait more then 30 minutes after my appointment. I don’t recommend this bank.

Just moved to the area and was very unhappy there were no Chase banks here - then I saw online one opening downtown and this one. While it wasn't a convenient location for me, I made the drive and so happy I did. Both people I spoke with were very helpful and friendly. Obviously the branch was new, but they took care to make sure my deposit and cash back were handled properly. I'll stay with Chase!

Great bank. Friendly people. Lousy drive thru ATM which only works sometimes and yet, that is one of the principal reasons we moved from Wells Fargo to Chase. We understand that Chase does not own or operate the machine. They need to get a better subcontractor for ATM services.

Chase is a sorry excuse for a bank! I drove an hour and half to get to this bank because my attorney wrote me a check from this bank. I get there and they tell me that my check that was only $2600 exceeds the amount that they can cash for a non-customer?! Are you freaking kidding me!!! It’s their check from their customers account that they wrote!! They are going to have to give me the money regardless whether they give it to me in person or they electronically send it to my bank! The lady that I was dealing with was no help what so ever and pretty much told me yeah your right but oh well! WOSRT EXPERIENCE AT A BANK EVER!

Where do I start?? Arrived to open a business account for our non-profit and were greeted and asked to make an appointment, we were able to get one the same day! Arrived back at our appointment time to meet with JT, who is phenomenal! He was able to get us squared away as the other workers entertained my friend's two year old (how sweet). The process was streamlined which made it super simple. JT throughly explained everything and even gave us tips. Chase is SUPER military friendly if you didn't know(score!). We ended up having to come back due to a few changes needing to be made. We were able to get an appointment, this tome with Chris, who was also phenomenal! And then we met Robert! A veteran, like us, who was extremely friendly and helpful. Robert explained a few things and how he was the outreach coordinator (cool!). Each interaction with Chase has been nothing but superb!
