Very amazing and wonderful customer service James A. gave me during my visit. I didn't know to much about hats and want to get 1 as a birthday gift. James A thank you so much for your product knowledge, because he loves it❤️. I will be coming back 2 purchase more, because I have the correct hat size which gives me more options to buy more hats. Its hard to find good employees with patience and good customer service these days and I'm so happy I had to experience 1 in champs with James A

IF YOU NEED NEW SNEAKERS COME HERE! THE SERVICE AND THE SELECTION ARE BOTH AWESOME!! The staff at this location is amazing! So patient and helpful!! Jamari helped me out so much! He answered all my questions. He was not impatient with me like he could have been because I came 15 minutes to closing. He got two different types of shoes for me and brought out two sizes per shoe!! The young woman that checked me out, Willasha, was so kind and helpful. She answered my question as well!! I used the shoes today at the gym and they are amazing!

Always have the display shoes in stock and the staff are friendly. It's hard to find shoes that kids like. When they find a pair, find out their size is not in stock, it's quite challenging to shop. Sizes are available. I do wish they had a little better selection of small socks.

If I could leave a zero star I would. Absolutely NO customer service. Tried to get someone's attention to help to obviously purchase shoes but they were too busy on their phones or talking to each other.

This store is awful. I won a raffle today, stood in line for 20 minutes, one person at register and I counted five associates on the floor, one doing stock and one socializing in the corner with men. I get to the register the associate tells me, “oh you won a raffle, you have to go down there, pointing to the man in corner, who I find is the manager James. No apology . So, how would I know tocome to you if there is no sign or if no one ask if I have a raffle. Several customers were in line with the same problem. No apology or explanation. One lady refuse to get out of line to go to the man in the corner. No apology. Terrible customer service and no organization. Got to do better.

We have walked through this store several times but always walk out empty handed.Champs sends emails on new releases but this location never seems to have the new shoes we are interested in.
