They special ordered my samsung replacement screen at 5 Tuesday afternoon and it was ready for pickup on Thursday. The customer service is outstanding and no one else in Savannah would even touch it without a 3 to 5 week turnaround.

Cracked my iPhone, half of the screen went dark. First I went to Computer Advantage, a licensed Apple repair outlet, where I waited in line for 45 minutes for a technician to tell me he couldn't fix my screen because the back of my phone was also damaged and the entire repair would cost 2/3 the cost of a new iPhone. (The implication being, I should buy a new iPhone.) So I went to this Cellaxs (formerly Cellairis) in the nearby Oglethorpe Mall. The technician there told me no problem, he could fix the screen in 30 minutes for $100. I walked around the mall, got a coffee and came back, and my phone was fixed. I am a happy customer.

Technically, they are good. But!1. They install used screen replacement. They don't tell you it is used, and for $300+ you will assume it is new. You will knwo it is used after the fact when you notice the scratches.2. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE PASSWORD AND DO NOT LET THEM CONNECT YOUR PHONE TO THEIR CHARGER AFTER THE PHONE HAS BEEN UNLOCKED BY YOU! THEY WILL INSIST. DON'T!3. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR EMAL ADDRESS. AFTER I POSTED THIS REVIEW, THE EMAIL I GAVE THEM HAS BEEN FLOODED WITH SPAM.

Brought an iPhone 6s (Yes, I still have one.) with a shattered screen here today. Hadn't backed my phone up recently and was really worried about losing my photos. They did a great job. Took less than 30 minutes and was a fair price.

I come here all the time, they have a new name now...Cellx...something...idk. The guys here are cool af...but I think the glass they repair your phone with here is cheap and easy to break. Even w/ the free screen protector (also cheap) it breaks! I've had my phone fixed here at least 5+ times and it breaks. $192 is too much to pay to have my phone screen cracked in the next 2 days. I have a wallet case I purchased from them, even with that on, the smallest drops create the biggest cracks on my screen. The glass is cheap af! Probably not even real glass. Idc...I'm gonna stop there next time because they got some explaining to do frfr.

efficient and priced competitively. Screens in general are pricey but it was less than the place i went before . He also threw in the glass protector which I thought was decent of him
