“My first project with Eckard's Flooring was to have them fine-tune the leveling and install LVP. My living room was originally designed with a large "step-down" area that I personally filled in with joists and underlayment. It was mostly level with the surrounding floor but needed fine tuning. They were on time, were complete professional in taking care of the leveling and LVP installation and welcomed my questions and company throughout the process.My second project was the recent replacement of all the carpet in my house. Apryl walked us through the carpet materials, allowed us to look at our leisure and we were able to take samples home to decide the colors and textures we wanted. Once we decided, we were on their schedule very quickly. Their install person, Eber, drove up with all the new padding and carpet needed for the job. He was all alone. But Eber didn't need anyone else! This guy was strong and very efficient! He got right to work removing the old carpet and padding, cleaning up as he went. He carefully cut the new padding and carpet, and was extremely meticulous in the install process. I learned that Eber, who appears to be a very young man, also does hardwoods, floor and bathroom tile, and Apryl informed me that he makes furniture! Impressive! Eber is a very talented, works hard, easy to talk with. It was comforting knowing that a highly experienced professional was taking care of our carpet installation.”
