“I flew in pretty late last Sunday and Laurie took such good care of me. If there was something I didn't have that she needed, she kindly explained WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE how she couldn't proceed with my rental until I had the required documentation. I didn't know you had to supply your insurance when renting a car. I took time to get it from my dad over the phone and she assisted other customers while I was talking with him so that they wouldn't have to wait any longer. Laurie was completely alone with a line of 4 people and gave each customer the time & attention they needed. Laurie rocks!”
“I visited Savannah for a short trip. Enterprise rate is the most competitive price I found. This service is so smooth and process was so easy. The car I got was brand new and extremely clean. I dropped it off after hours, and they processed my invoice the following morning. I definitely recommend this shop if you’re looking for great service, good car and amazing rate!!”

“Recently rented a car through Enterprise at the Savannah Airport. Got through the line quickly. They assisted me in making a reservation though can’t actually do it themselves. I worked with Jessica (Jess) who took great care of me. She had me in and out within twenty minutes and I had a 7-seater minivan to accommodate my family shortly thereafter. Tried to book through Priceline at another Savannah location. I was told that the car would be there when I arrived, drove an hour to get there and they told me that they didn’t have the car and could do nothing to help me. Two very different experiences. Thank you Jess at Savannah airport Enterprise!”
“Tyler was so very helpful! I need an emergency rental due to my car having emergency repairs done! I called so many branches that turned me around, and Tyler did not hesitate to help me. He got me a brand new Toyota Corolla that was a wonderful vehicle to ride in until my car was repaired. And when we returned a little early, he refunded the leftover without any issues. Choose this enterprise if you are in the Savannah area! ”

“We’ve had two horrible experiences with enterprise in the last few months.
We reserved a mini van two weeks prior and got to the Statesboro location on the day of our departure and they didn’t have a van, or even a third row suv that would work for us. This was a non negotiable business trip and we had to be leaving within a few hours.
They offered no help or solutions.
We had to call around on our own. Finally found an enterprise that had one vehicle that would work for us- the Skidaway location. The manager ALLY was fantastic from the moment she answered the phone.
She was sympathetic to our situation and was able to ensure us a rental.
The car is new, clean and just what we needed. The check out was easy. She even gave our children donuts for national donut day. Literally THEE best customer service EVER from enterprise. She saved the enterprise name for us. We will not be renting again unless from this location through her.

“I have bought all 3 of my last cars from Swanns. A Chevy Cobalt, Chrysler and a Kia. They never put me in a lemon and if the owner or Duwan doesn’t think it’s a car for me they don’t sugarcoat it. My credit was pretty bad and the owner stayed on the phone and made something happen even after getting a few no’s. I’ve also sent 2 people to them and each of them drove off with a car too.I swear by SWANNS. My next car will be brand new but if not I would’ve been going right back to SWANNS.”

“Absolutely awful customer service. I called to extend my rental and the lady insisted that my car was over a day late but my service agreement clearly states that it wasn't. She said I can not extend and I would need to come in ASAP so it wasn't stolen. I tried over and over to explain that I had the paperwork in hand but she wouldn't hear it.
This stressed me out as I did not want to face those repercussions. I call the corporate line and they confirmed that I and the paperwork were correct and believe the lady just didn't want to do her job. The customer service is always lacking, but this is the first time it was ever pure negligence.
With all the negative reviews it's obvious this falls on deaf ears. We'll definitely be switching to another company.
EDIT: 1st shift associate was very willing to help. She fixed me up in no time and gave excellentcustomer service. Correcting review to match this update.”
