As someone who has to have all of her prescriptions and her husband's prescriptions filled at this pharmacy they do an amazing job. They are so helpful.

I came to the pharmacy to get a prescription for a relative. There was an insurance issue. Ms Benitra took about 30 minutes to figure it out. She was able to fix it. She didn’t know I got her name off her badge. Thank you for your patience Ms Benitra. She was nice and very helpful!!!! Excellent customer service!

Have used this pharmacy for 6-7 years. Go in to pickup medicine doctor subscribed and the acted ad if I was a whacked out druggie. I'm both a Pastor and Counselor with no past present or future drug issues. All it was was Wellbutrin.

Pharmacist on the phone was competent and helped me transfer my prescription. However, when my boyfriend went to go pick it up for me they did not give the gold rx discount. He told them I used good rx and they didn’t bother to ask for an account number or card. They ignored that little detail and instead charged over double the amount I would’ve gotten with the discount. This seems to be on purpose because I don’t believe they were simply being an air head. They should have asked for the gold rx info after being told that’s what I used. Money is tight, be considerate and alert at your job.

Was in town because my best friend's mom died. I had a paper script from an Atlanta doctor. Their "policy" is to not fill scripts from out of town doctors. Evidently, filling out of town scripts takes longer and this pharmacy does not want to include those patients. When I asked to see the supervisor, she was on vacation, when I asked to see the next supervisor up, he was also on vacation. While I worked in corporate America, it was not our policy to have two supervisors from the same department on vacation at the same time. It was not what was best for our patients. Will be posting a positive review of the pharmacist that did take the extra time to help me. With health care in the state it's in, this is not the time for agencies to limit care for their convenience.

Andra Allen is a terrific person he is always efficient and on time with deliveries. He is always smiling and it is a joy to see him come on the floor he makes the staff day and he makes our job much easier.
