When I called Beth Lanier to report damage to my car, they immediately connected me with the claim center and the process began. Any questions or concerns were answered quickly by the office. My car was towed and a rental was waiting for me at the repair shop. Thank goodness I had State Farm. It was easy and fast.

Compassionate and very friendly people!I went through some rough patches and they worked with me to keep me covered to at least give me time to try to catch up.. Beth is hands down the best in the industry and I am grateful to be insured with her!
