I went in today to look at a couple phones I’m choosing between and the Samsung representative, Luke, was very friendly and informative. I have very bad anxiety so it was already hard for me to walk in but Luke showed me the phones and even told me a few things about them that helped me make a decision.

Very large selection of laptops, good prices and the staff was very friendly. My son and I were looking for a laptop good enough to handle his workload at SCAD, and Egypt helped us make the best decision for what he needed. She was extremely knowledgeable with the products, the available upgrades, and being a SCAD student herself; she was aware of the needs my son had for his course load. A great experience overall and my son is already raving about the upgraded laptop!

I legitimately don't know how this place stays in business. Absolutely horrid customer service, and laughable inventory in stock. I dont even know why I bother driving down here thinking I'll get what I need, just to get here and find out they don't have it in stock, even though the website says differently. Thanks for wasting my time Best Buy, I enjoyed waiting 20 minutes just get an associate to assist me after I had to ask someone at the check out if they could radio someone. I'll just order online from a different company. Don't waste your time with this store.

I miss the days when Best Buy had competition. Circuit City kept them in line. Customer service is average and the store is limited often in what's in stock. But they know there's no where else to go so who cares right. So far not a bad experience but not anything outstanding either.

Not a pleasant experience. The few employees are overwhelmed while customers wait too long. Not all inventory available to look at, I eventually left without buying anything. It's always like that there.
