I just moved here from Indiana and was looking for a new place to take my dog for play time and board if I needed to go out of town. Went and checked this place out. The guy at the desk was super nice and answered all my questions. I filled out the necessary paperwork and gave them a copy of my dogs vaccine records. After that they said they would call me and have me bring him in for his temperament requirement test. Waited a week didn't hear anything so went back and talked to the same guy at the desk and he couldn't understand why I had not been called. So he took my name and number again. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing. Don't know what's up with these people but if they can't make a phone call how are they going to be able to take care of your fur baby.?? I've moved on an have found a great place to take my fur baby. Good luck to the people that goes to this place.

I boarded my goldendoodle here for a week while we were on vacation. Every time I emailed them to check on him, they responded that same day within a few hours and gave me a detailed report of how he was doing. They said very positive things about him, which made me feel like he was well taken care of and loved by the staff members. When I picked him up yesterday, he seemed very happy. I like how they give you a printout of how much food your dog eats too. Great experience! I would definitely board him here again and am very thankful for all of the staff members.

Left our German Shepherd at Parks for one week. Came back and had to take him Into Veterinarian on emergency visit at 4 o’clock in the morning after picking him up earlier that evening. He was neglected, I don’t care what they say. They’re not that good. Be careful.

My dog loves going to daycare at Barks and the staff there are super friendly. I drop my pup off about once a week on average and she is nice and tired when I pick her up.

This business is top notch and my dog loves it. The staff is professional & courteous. They make sure all dogs are vaccinated and safe. I highly recommend them!

My dog joined a month ago for the day care service and absolutely loves it. It’s great to be able to touch base and watch your dog via webcam. The staff are very personable and know your dog. Your dog will be taken well care of here and beg to come back! I think this is great if you have an only dog and want them to be able to socialize with other dogs. They do a temperament test prior to make sure any dog in their care aren’t aggressive towards others. If you are still weary, they have staff onsite watching them so nothing goes wrong.

They always take great care of my dog Bruce. He's older and doesn't get along with other animals so he does private boarding with one on one staff care. He comes home acting happy and smelling great from a bath!

Brought puppy here for a weekend. The staff was very friendly and I felt as though they really were excited to have and get to know my puppy. Will be coming back!
