I've never received best customer service (anywhere!) than my recent trip to Autozone. Kim B. tested and replaced my battery.
Additionally, he assisted me with the replacement of the battery terminals and allowed me to use store tools to be able to complete the work. Mr. Kim B. is a special employee and provided the best customer service I have ever received!

Have to make a shoutout to the store manager, Jocelyn.
She helped tremendously and even let me keep my car at the site overnight due to a part not being locally available so I had to order it online and wait for it. Thanks to her pertinence and help, I was able to get my car home safely and undamaged.

The best customer service I have ever received from Terrell and Josslyn hands down! Last Saturday I stopped into this Autozone after having gone to a different one and leaving extremely disappointed. Not sure if it was lack of training or knowledge. I decided to try this store instead, I needed a new low beam replacement lightbulb for my 2014 Hyundai Elantra Sport. Not only did I get the right bulb, put it was installed too! Highly recommended this dynamic duo!

Great experience!!! The staff were super helpful and kind. I didn’t get the manager’s name, but she was very patient with me and installed my battery for me pretty quickly. Not looking forward to any other car issues, but should I need assistance again, I’m definitely going here!

Kindest and most attentive group of associates at any retail business. I've never had any problems with their parts.
I have had one car battery fail after several months and they traded me out a new one kindly. Victory Drive Branch.

Store 1615 in Savannah provided world-class service via Larrel. He installed our wipers expertly & instantly! The best experience we’ve had at an AutoZone! Kudos to the management for having the vision to hire stellar talent!

I brought in a container of used motor oil in a trash bag and didn't realize the bag had a hole and the flow valve had opened. I was all the way in the back of the store before I realized I'd dripped a trail of oil all over their floor. Without missing a beat, the young man helping me said it was no problem and immediately grabbed a mop to clean it up. He could've made me feel bad for making a mess, but instead he cheerfully took it upon himself to serve by correcting a mistake that wasn't his.

Auto zone store clerk larrel was a great clerk, he was very attentive, dedicated and helpful. Made sure my problems were fixed and I was comfortable before I left the store and he even went as far as to help me install my lights. I'm very thankful to this worker and will be returning in the future
