Have to make a shoutout to the store manager, Jocelyn. She helped tremendously and even let me keep my car at the site overnight due to a part not being locally available so I had to order it online and wait for it. Thanks to her pertinence and help, I was able to get my car home safely and undamaged.

Great experience!!! The staff were super helpful and kind. I didn’t get the manager’s name, but she was very patient with me and installed my battery for me pretty quickly. Not looking forward to any other car issues, but should I need assistance again, I’m definitely going here!

Kindest and most attentive group of associates at any retail business. I've never had any problems with their parts. I have had one car battery fail after several months and they traded me out a new one kindly. Victory Drive Branch.
