Definitely wouldn’t come back. Initially, I was impressed but I had an issue I came back to address and they accused me of tampering with it.
The Person I dealt with was pretty aggressive and rude.
I’ll go elsewhere next time and definitely wouldn’t recommend but glad to hear that others have had a better experience …

These guys are efficient, honest and do what they say they're going to do. That's a rarity in today's service industry. I have used Auto Glass Now before and will use them again. I have a Jeep. They are notorious for cracked windshields. I'm sure I will see them again.

I recently had the motor for my driver side window replaced at Auto Glass Now, and I couldn't be happier with the service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. They quickly assessed the issue and provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done.
The repair was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of work was outstanding. My window operates perfectly now, and the price was very reasonable. I appreciate their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Auto Glass Now for any auto glass needs!

Would have been helpful if they made appointments. Or at least advised me in advance I would probably need to leave the vehicle. I had to procure a ride after getting there and finding out it would be several hours.
Otherwise, nice folks and did a good job.

Beware- when you call to “make an appointment” they don’t do appointments. Call system is very misleading. Called auto glass now and told me my appointment was at 9am. Showed up at 8:45am. Here comes 11:30 and my car is still parked in the spot where I dropped it off at. Asked the front desk lady how much longer and she said I had 2 cars ahead of me still. Car finally gets pulled into the service station around 12:30. Get called up front for them to tell me the glass they had ordered for my car has a crack in it and that I would have to come back on Monday. HUGE waste of my time and I feel it was handled very poorly. All in all just know there are no such things as appointments with these guys and it’s a first come first serve. I now know why it was so much cheaper than safelight.

Over the years have had been in Savannah when I come back and forth I had a couple of windshields replaced they were always good fast and efficient. I haven't done anything since 2017 with these people and they have been bought out . And it's just coming for me to do a review again I guess and don't have a picture but they've done a windshield on a C-Class RV that I had but you guys know it's a little bit hard because it has to overhead loft they still did a good job good price. I just called they're on a new ownership but the prices are seem to be a good low price still I probably would recommend these people above most other places that want to rob you. Will not give a good review if I did not believe that this was a good place. Only wish I had to videos and pictures of them doing my RV.

Based on my experience, I promise that you should go here, and nowhere else! They have excellent customer service, great communication with customer, and a sharp, energetic, positive and motivated staff. This world would be a much better place if everyone approached life and job like this unit. Thanks everyone!
