This University hasn't seen the last of old Randall Cheese. My years here consisted of classes, interacting with peers, and campus activities. The classes had professors, but things can change. How come it's not called a college? Riddle me that

I love the bookstore! The employees have great customer service and are always a great help with questions or concerns. They have always been very helpful with any concerns that I have had with books and are very understanding! :)

I had a wonderful experience at the University Store! I am always greeted within 5 seconds of walking in, helped finding great deals, and having intriguing casual conversations. Their customer service is 10/10 and I’m glad to see more products being put on shelves!

Great store & wonderful customer service! The reviews below are from follett, the previous owners. I can assure you Georgia Southern’s new and improved store is not anything like the comments below! This is my 2nd year here at southern in Savannah and I can say this bookstore has improved beyond measure compared to the old owners.

What is the problem with the music department at this school?--I've left messages for the department at both campuses and no one ever calls back. If I said, "I'd like to make a donation of $1M to support the Department of Music; how do I do that", would that warrant the courtesy of a return phone call? This has happened at least three times; and I am an alumnus of the school! Sorry to say, my experience when speaking with the fine arts box office administrator was not much better. She informed me that alumni could not use any of the practice room facilities per Stephen (whatever his name is) head of the music department, even though I have seen many empty practice rooms that remained empty for HOURS at a time when I was there during the daytime business hours. As an experiment, I took my laptop several days in a row and worked in the lobby at various 3-4 hour intervals of day and monitored the practice room usage during those visits. In each case, there were practice rooms that were unused during the entire time I was there. Yet I was told that "there are no services for alumni" and "no practice rooms available except current music students', and that if I needed rehearsal space, I would have to rent the auditorium, which of course is thousands of dollars. Needless to say, if I had $1M, I would not spend a dime of it on supporting this unremarkable music department at a regional college in Georgia that thinks it is Juilliard.

Don’t ever buy books from here. Ordered my books online took A MONTH for them to even ship. Went by everyday to check and see if they arrived and staff were not very helpful. Staff doesn’t do their jobs. Avoid buying anything from here at all costs. The Armstrong bookstore is overpriced as well. Just buy straight from the website who makes your book, cheaper and more efficient. Still haven’t received my books.
