Extremely bad service at the Skidawat location. My clothes were not ready when I arrived to get them. The attendant's attitude was so derogatory that I felt physically threatened. She locked the door before the closing time, and customers were waiting outside. I will report this incident to a governing authority

They ruined my Santa Suit, lied about it and have not taken any responsibility for it. The manager would not give me the owners name, I've gotten it but no contact at all. I also discovered that their business license is out of date, expired in Dec 2023, has not been renewed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

This is the worst place to come to get your clothes dry clean. They are not reliable for your items. I’ve had a pair of pants missing on two occasions. The first time I was given credit so I gave them grace and put more clothes in and the same thing happened again

Do not go to this dry cleaner. I took a pleated dress to be dry cleaned and they removed all of the pleats. I took it back to be re-pleated and it was done horribly, not evenly spaced and fallen completely. I went back in to be compensated for my ruined dress and I was told I could not speak to a manager or owner. Horrible experience, they will ruin your clothes and not admit fault and you will be out of your clothing.

I put a white dress in the cleaners to be dry cleaned paid to get my dress out still had Stains on it. They re-cleaned it stains were gone but the sleaves on my dress that's supposed to be white. Was now blue. They didn't try to make things right by paying me back or offering credit. I don't recommend this cleaners at all. My dress is ruined. I'm very disappointed ☹️ I asked the manager what happened to my dress her reply was I don't know. They got my money but I got a ruined dress. Bull Street location.

NO RELIABILITY - I was excited to find this place near my new work location. I have dry cleaning about once a month, and looked forward to using this company. However, they cannot be depended on. I have dropped off clothes three times, and then had to return multiple times to pick them up because they weren't ready the first time I checked - and I waited 2-3 days before going back in each case. Once, I was told "the clothes are probably here, but I can't find them - can you come back tomorrow?" The final straw was just today when I went to drop off clothes and was told "the boiler is down, we don't know when it will be fixed, and we aren't taking orders." Maybe just bad luck or bad timing; still, the most important "ability" for me is "reliability." So, will be looking for another place to go.Services: Laundry wash & fold

There is always some sort of a problem lately. Either my clothes aren't ready when they said it would be or an issue with the card payment method. The service isn't as good as it once was.

Dropped off half a dozen of shirts, one shirt they didn't have ready, when I came back again they couldn't find it, call them back multiple times, including main location, they pleasantly said every time that they will get back to me or reimburse me for the shirt. It has been 9 months, and nothing has happened.

I have recently started using this cleaner and have not had any problems until now. I took in 2 pairs of pants 1 pair was brand new never worn but I wanted them starched and creased only to received them back with the hem completely out of both legs. I used to work in a cleaner and if something like this happened it was fixed before leaving the cleaners.The other pair was a pair of white jeans that I always bring in to get started and creased. The young lady at the counter suggested that I don’t get them starched because it would change the color of jeans but I then told her that I always get them like that with no problem. Well after getting home I also noticed that the white jeans were not starched and not creased. Just washed something that I could have done at home better with a can of spray starch. I was and still disappointed because I was taking these clothes out of town with me. Couldn’t take the pants with me had to select other items to wear.Service: Clothes pressing
