“This home depot is the best. I buy everything from here. Best buy always has "lower" prices by a little bit but their return policy is garbage and only 30 days. Home depot has a 90 day return policy and is super easy in case something is wrong with the item. They also have great black friday deals on appliances.”

“I was referred to Ferguson by my wife. I was greeted by Jen Fowler as soon as I walked in. She was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. She was very patient and easy to talk to. I had one question that she wasn't sure about but asked Jessica and she helped out also.My order got changed the next morning from January this week to March. I went back to Ferguson and informed them about the changes and Jen went straight to work to find out why.We had to change around a few items but Jen made a few calls and got my new order back on track with the same delivery time as the other order.Thank you Jen for everything. Please ask for Jen and I'm sure you will not leave disappointed.”

My experiences have been mostly positive. I've not purchased appliances from Home Depot, building supplies or ordered custom cabinetry.”
“Although I cancelled an order I placed online today, I will try the Victoey Blvd. location out in person because of the professionalism of the manager, Hyman C. He listened to my concerns and I felt he really cared about the customer service issue I had. I've found it best not to do business at Home Depot on Saturdays, and I learned today that it is probably best not to order online. My best experiences are when I go into the local Home Depot to survey products available. Then you can usually get the help you need. Thank you, Home Depot, for resolving my customer service issue at the store.”
“My husband and I went into Home Depot, looking for a specific toolbox system. It was on display, but the pieces were not there. JB the manager was so awesome. He worked hard to find each piece. Not an easy task, but he managed to find every piece, get them down from their hiding spots so that we could walk out of the store with it. Awesome customer service and we appreciate that.”
