I also got custom emerald earrings and bring my items in all the time to be cleaned and repaired. Exceptional service and a wonderful place to go to get wonderful quality. While I was there they showed me around their nice showroom and we had a chance to talk about watches. These are true enthusiasts. Fast forward a year later, that kind and cordial treatment led me back to them to purchase a two tone Rolex submariner. They were fair and easy to work with. And gave me a great deal! This won’t be my last time. Also to be transparent, I went to Swiss watch expo and ice box before I went to them. Most other stores make it so hard to get a Rolex. Appointment and waits.
