I recently had a rather unpleasant experience at the Walgreens Pharmacy, which compelled me to share my thoughts. The overall attitude and behavior of the employees left much to be desired, making what should have been a simple transaction into a frustrating ordeal.
First and foremost, the customer service at the Walgreens Pharmacy was appalling. The employees consistently interrupted me while I was speaking, showing a blatant disregard for what I was trying to communicate. It was disheartening to feel ignored and dismissed during each interaction.
Moreover, the incompetence displayed by the staff regarding my prescription was astounding. After transferring my prescription to the Walgreens Pharmacy, they initially claimed they didn't have it, leading to unnecessary stress and inconvenience on my part. Only after insisting and persisting and making several phone calls while I was busy at work did they miraculously "find" my prescription, suggesting a lack of organization and attention to detail within the pharmacy.
Overall, my experience at the Walgreens Pharmacy was nothing short of disappointing. The employees exhibited rudeness and indifference, making the simple task of obtaining my medication feel like an uphill battle. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially when dealing with something as important as healthcare. I sincerely hope that the Walgreens Pharmacy takes steps to address these issues and improve the quality of service for future customers. Attempting to fill my prescription here was the worst decision I could have made. I will certainly NEVER bother going to a Walgreens again.

The pharmacy is deplorable! No one who works in the pharmacy is ever respectful, knowing I need my medication they consistently refuse to do anything to get me my medication. The store is a mess they never have anything you need in stock. I'm disabled and I can only get my medication from here. Sometimes I feel like I would rather die then have to go to these a holes and ask for my medication.

I dont know what happened, but as od the last 5 years the staff are some kids with nasty attitudes and they dont have anything in stock. Everytime since i started back on medications a few years ago i am always waiting weeks if it even ever shows up. Currently waiting 2 weeks to refil insulin and im starting to feel extremely sick.

Absolutely love this pharmacy (mainly because of Jasmin). Jasmin is a wonderful employee and the reason I continue to use this location to get my prescriptions. She is personable, extremely helpful/knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service.

This is the worst Walgreens it is March 13, 2024, 10:10 PM.myself along with other customers are in line and not a single employee at the cash register or in any aisle but you can see them hanging out through their little window in the back Near the photo booth. We have tried to knock on that window and get their attention and they just continue to ignore us. The store is left unattended by staff, This establishment has the worst group of employees

Got to the store at 6:03 the manager that was supposed to be here at six just got in at 6:44 and still haven’t opened the store. If this is who they hired to maintain the store they need to do a ReevaluationIf it’s not acceptable for the employees, it should not be acceptable for managersShe just opened it 646

This is the closest Walgreens to me an it’s very annoying how they ALWAYS close the store anytime they want. I’ll arrive 15 minutes before they close an the doors are already locked with a bunch of last minute customers outside the door UPSET…. It’s always the same excuse “we’ve already counted the registers” UM STOP COUNTING THE REGISTER SO EARLY. This happens very often I’m tired of it

Came here to get a Covid/flu test. I made an appointment. Even with my appointment I had to wait for 90mins to get seen, and with absolutely no explanation or apology. And there was no crowd at all! I was also told that my results would have been ready in about 30-60 mins. I waited HOURS for my results and had to call them to get my results. And even then I was on the phone for such a long period of time. I will never be going back to this pharmacy.

I've been sitting in the pharmacy drive thru for over 30 mins, the next in line and the pharmacy person hasn't even acknowledged me. She is focused on the people in the store. I have to use the bathroom so I'm having a hard time waiting. These people need to get more help and learn how to bounce between both windows. This is the worst service I've ever seen.

Random pharmacy times that vary were annoying enough, but now the pharmacy is closed on Sundays! They made it difficult enough to figure out when I could pick up a prescription after work during the week and now they have decided to just deny prescriptions completely on Sunday. Time to see if that Amazon pharmacy takes my insurance because these pharmacy/convenience stores are going downhill fast.

The pharmacy at this location is now closed on Sundays. Whoever made this decision be fired, the company should then sue the them individually for every penny of lost revenue. I transfered back to my former Walgreens 16 miles away. All I want is a name. I was happy to see that there are people who still want to work.
