I want to recognize and appreciate Donnell . I went to the store to upgrade my phone. He took the time to share the options I had with great patience. He even introduced me to a discount I didn’t know I was qualified for. He went above and beyond to provide me with great customer service. I had some issues who lasted almost 2 weeks but Donnell was patient enough to help me throughout the process. I definitely recommend this location for great customer service. Thanks Donnell and keep up the good work !

The sales leader I worked with was helpful in the store initially, but became completely unreachable after the transaction, despite some things being set up wrong. He consistently made promises that he never followed through on. It’s been 2 weeks and my issues still aren’t fully resolved. My first bill is coming due and it is showing as triple the amount I was shown in store. I am choosing to leave his name out of this review.
Ryan, however, was very helpful and did his best to assist me when the sales leader fell short.

Nathan Gunn provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. He not only fixed my concerns I came in with, but he also helped with other concerns I thought of while sitting with him. I do not have enough words to express how wonderful Sara was with me today. She is what you call 'sunshine of a personality'. Pleasant, knowledgable, patient and intelligent. She is a problem solver if I ever see one. She is the representation of what excellent client service mindset is all about. Verizon HQ - please keep this teammate of yours as happy as she deserves to be. Promotion. Bonus. Flexibility with work time etc. That's how individual location /Verizon store makes a difference. Great job, Sara. You're a superstar!!! :) I so appreciate you today.

My husband, Dad and I came in to update my 90 year old dad’s phone. He had an iPhone 1!! Damon was very helpful in showing us our options, took the time to find the best option for my dad. It was not an easy transfer, but he was very patient while talking to Verizon support (and we all know how that can go). He also upgraded my husband and my phones, finding us the best plan! Really a great employee. Super personable. Highly recommend him.

Listen, I’m not sure who trained the folks who work here but they know their stuff! I made the 20 minute drive from Smyrna for better service and I don’t regret it. I had some questions about my recent bill and was in and out within 15 minutes. Shout out to Rashad!

Ryan, Ty, James, Darnell are the best!!! They are all very knowledgeable and just very personal in all!!!
I was frantic about coming into the store. Id rather have a phone call in place of going into the store. However I knew I needed to come in so I did! They not only fixed my problem but let me know about their bundlling for streaming apps, internet ect, and who does not love to save $$…

Sara was absolutely fantastic! The most patient, knowledgeable and helpful customer service agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with at a Verizon store. She helped me organize and update my family’s cellular plan. If you're ever in the Sandy Springs area, do yourself a favor and ask for Sara! She's truly wonderful.
