I went to our local shop where I usually do my oil change and was told they didn't have a certified technician to do German cars and was recommended to dealer to check it. Fortunately, my friend recommended to Ming's auto service. When I got there the owner Vincent used his special machine to try to find why the light was on and luckily, he found it. He immediately ordered the part for me and asked me to come on next day. My car was fixed on next day without any problem. He is very knowledgeable and explained the detail to me why the engine light was on. He didn't charge me diagnosis fee and the price for fixing the issue is very reasonable. “I moved to Atlanta a couple of months ago and was nervous to look for a mechanic when my front tires started making a high-pitched metallic grinding noise. I googled "mom and pop mechanics Atlanta" and D.O.G. Automotive was towards the top of the list that appeared and they had great reviews. I called, left a voicemail, and they returned my call within an hour or so. Due to the issue (needed new brake pads) Blandon offered to squeeze me into the busy schedule. “Crown Transmission in Marietta is definitely a hidden gem. I spoke with several transmission specialty shops regarding an issue with my pick up truck. Out of 7 shops and dealerships, Crown Transmissions were the only shop that was transparent and straightforward about my transmission. I found the shop on google once I left Marietta Nissan with such a ridiculously high estimate. The owner of the shop, Mr. Macy informed me that he would diagnose and test the vehicle first. He told me all the problems that he saw with the vehicle. He wrote notes down on the invoice in its entirety. He listened and asked questions about the vehicle. He quickly found the problem. It was a few different factors that contributed to the reduced performance of the vehicle. He changed the transmission fluid on the vehicle and serviced the battery, and check some other components. He kept the vehicle for a few days and analyzed the problem so precisely. $7700 was the quote that Marietta Nissan had given me.They told me that the entire Transmission needed to replaced however, after Macy diagnosed the issue, my cost for the services were around $700.00 (that's a huge difference) The truck is shifting smoothly, drives 100 percent better than ever. I have driven the vehicle 500 miles out and no issues whatsoever. I am so glad that I made the decision to call. I feel like it was a miracle that occurred in my life. If mechanics and dealerships only cared about consumers, life would be much better. I am very happy with my service and glad to establish a working relationship with Crown Transmission Services. “I woke up with a vehicle emergency (my battery light kept flashing and it was slowly loosing power). After a quick google search I found Almost Auto Service. After reading their reviews I decidedto call and see when I could bring in myvehicle. I was so relieved when I was told Icould bring it in the same day. “Came here to get a second opinion on my 2013 Toyota Prius. I had been going through the nightmare of going in and out of a different shop for the past month as they kept trying to pressure me into repairs I didn’t need that didn’t resolve the issue I was having. Spent 3k on repairs with this other shop before I decided they are not a good option. It didn’t take long for professional automotive to diagnose that my car has a blown head gasket. They explained that replacing the gasket is not a repair they offer since it almost always results in other expensive repairs and that I would need a new engine. Once I had time I did my research on my model and found that the blown head gasket is a common issue for a 2013 Toyota Prius with 170,000 miles and that if it was replaced it would probably just blow again. Unfortunately I didn’t deem an engine replacement as worth the repair and the technician I spoke with agreed with me. I’m glad I found a place that doesn’t pressure unneeded repairs. Sucks that my car is gonna be scraped but at least there is an end to the nightmare I have been living this past month.”

“I've never had a better experience at a auto repair shop. First time I visited because my change oil light was on even though it wasn't time for an oil change. Danny fixed that for me and refused payment. Second time I went for an oil change, he changed the oil, but told me he was unable to remove the filter without breaking it. Previous shop had screwed it on too tight. Told me to go back there because if they broke the filter during removal, they'll have to give me a new one free. Danny refused to charge me again. (The previous shop did end having to break the filter.)”
