I had a fantastic experience in this store. From the moment you arrived is welcomed by the nice friendly employees.The store is impeccable clean, organized, and smell brand new.In my case I need the computer and the printer, and they gave me clear and precise orientation.The girl was super nice when I asked for the PO Box details. Definitely I would recommend this store to my friends and family.Please keep doing what you doing, because you are doing great

This store is great! Such a friendly and professional staff. I always thought UPS was more expensive than the post office, but I’m finding it isn’t, AND they’re super helpful with packing too. Fantastic service here! Highly recommend this location!

Came in with 6 large picture frames, each one going somewhere different. Lyric was absolutely amazing and so patient packing each one. And Prince is such a fantastic leader and always has an amazing, happy attitude. I wish more stores had a team like this.They are all the best and can’t recommend this store enough.

Fantastic service! This UPS offers Notary services. I needed documents notarized with witnesses and the staff at this location went above and beyond my expectations for service. Staff Members: Lyric, Lyndsey, Keke and Alex offered outstanding service. They were professional and organized and truly concerned that my needs were met. If I could give them 10 stars I would! This is also a new location. Easy location and the place is meticulously maintained. Skip other UPS locations and FED Ex. This location is the best!

I love this UPS! It is the BEST you will EVER visit. The staff is so friendly. Prince is absolutely spectacular, and will always go above and beyond to help you. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

I only went in to drop off an amazon return and was immediately greeted by Prince with a Hello and a Welcome and then asked what he could help with. When I told him the Amazon return, he asked if I have ever done the return on my own using the small kiosk and I said yes, I had, and he asked if I needed help, and I said no I could do it and then he told me where to grab the bags to put my return in. Then Lindsay with her big, beautiful smile comes over and gives me a suggestion on the bag size to use and she was correct. She then compliments me on my jeans and when I tell her where I got them, she gave me a quick tutorial on the makers of those jeans and why they are such a good fit. I think in a day where people are mostly given attention for yelling at each other and being very impatient with each other this level of customer service is 100% what we need. Prince greeted me immediately and Lindsay was trying to connect with me and in these times, I find this refreshing and so do would most people I know. I know I will sound much older than my age but there was a time when Customer Service was what made a business great, and I it just came so natural to those two employees. Whoever the owners are of this business, you did good getting these two on the team and I hope you do what you can to keep them. I just don't see this sort of customer service and in my opinion business owners Big and Small need to make Customer Service the priority again.

I come to this UPS store often for shipping or Amazon returns and they are always quick and friendly. Prince is always so kind and personable from the moment you walk in to when you leave! They set the standard for other UPS stores. :)

I visit this store to inquire for information on shipping a package to Florida. It was a few minutes before closing time to my surprise I was greeted warmly by the staff who were cleaning up. They were all very helpful and after receiving the information I said will have to come back because I did not have everything. I asked if I could just go and come back in a few minutes if they would still accept my package, there was not a hesitation at all. I left and returned and was assisted with the packaging of my box. All the staff were very warm and helpful even with closing time a few minutes extended. Thank you Lyndsey Torrance and Prince. I will definitely return to this store and it is confidently located at a good location.

The store is clean, smells great! Prince is amazing! Super friendly, helpful and easy to talk to, really made our visit and work go smooth!! He is everything for passports renewal for people coming for VFS building.

I was so excited for this store to open (it’s around the corner from my apartment)! It was my first time using this UPS location. But I was greeted by Prince with a great smile and great service! He took especially good care of an expensive and heavy item I was shipping to California! I highly recommend using this Trowbridge UPS location in Sandy Springs. Thanks for the outstanding service!

This is definitely my go to UPS store! I’m a huge online shopper and the employees at this location always assist me with my many returns in a quick and efficient manner and I never have to wait long before being helped. The employees are always friendly and patient regardless of how many returns I have. I’m beyond grateful to have them this close to home and Jamar (who I just found out is the owner) is the absolute best!

This is my second time at this store and Prince was one of the most professional and friendly members I’ve had the pleasure of talking to!
