Do NOT go to this branch unless your clothing and vehicle measure up to the Branch Manager's approval. I had cashes my check at the Branch every week - with the same teller- for months until she demanded a credit card..not my State issues UI debut card; nor my SS card...a major credit card. When I had the temerity to question this arbitrary and seemingly capricious policy change (not to mention her sudden amnesia as to my identity) the manager asked me to leave while looking my work clothes up and down. He only seemed slightly taken aback when I mentioned my law degree and 17 years of law prior law practice. I won't even bother to talk about how our Mexican co-workers were treated. Synovus is a great bank overall but this branch is cancerous.

I had a wonderful experience with Joseph Wong on 12-24-2019 when, I went to open up a checking/savings account. He was very professional. polite, down to earth, and assertive. I had a lot of questions, and he didn't hesitate to answer all of them with a smile. I'm big on customer service, and he have superb customer service skills. I also applied for a cash back rewards credit card which had tons of benefits that come with it. Mr. Wong made sure that, I picked that right one that was the best fit for me. He took his time showing me all of the credit cards, and what benefits they come with. This location was very quiet, and laid back which was a good thing. I know that, I'm going to enjoy banking with a bank that care about their customers needs. Thanks a million for making me feel like, I have a bank to call home. :)

Since the branch does not have many customers, the staff is lazy and does not know how to speak with the few people that go in there. Unsure, if it's because a walk-in customer annoys them by waking them up or if they are just naturally rude, but in either event, it's a memorably bad experience.
