“I am recently getting back into running and bought a new pair of shoes here a few months back. They mentioned that if I have any issues with them, to bring them back in. I ran in them a couple of times, but they were bothering one of my feet. I came back to the store last week with the shoes in hand, and Chris did a fantastic job of finding a better shoe for me. Chris took the time to try a few shoes with me and examine how I run in them. Then, with extreme patience, he tracked me down in the system (my name was butchered in their system from the original purchase), so he could do an exchange on the shoes without me even having the receipt! I ran in the new shoes for the first time today, and they are night and day difference. I was extremely impressed with Chris' customer service and Big Peach's ability to stand behind the products they sell and make sure you get the right thing!”
“I really appeciate the help Sofia gave me in selecting a new pair of running shoes and some insoles for my work shoes. She took the time to explain the results of the scan of my feet and gave me several suggestions for my new running shoes and inserts. She was patient while I tried on all the shoes and inserts but she got it right with her first suggestion for each one. She even ordered the color I wanted from another location. I had a great first visit.”

“I had such a great experience here today with Jeff and the rest of the staff. I was sent here by my podiatrist and didn’t know what to expect. I REALLY liked the measurements taken of pressure and alignment on the feet. Jeff showed me some great cushiony shoes and I went with the Hoka Transport. Most comfortable and best looking shoe out there for everyday. I’m super happy with both my experience and my shoes. I will absolutely be back to shop again.”
“Had a wonderful experience at Foot Solutions this morning. I was greeted warmly, the gentleman took time to watch my stride, measure my feet, used the machine to show me how I put pressure on my feet. He recommend insert, tried them on with the new Brooks sneakers. Man my feet hasn't been this pain free in a year.Ended up buying the insert, sneakers, and house shoes. Great stuff”

“I love Atlanta Cycling for its customer service. We’ve bought from there twice and have had great experiences at both Roswell and Midtown locations. We have bought both kid and adult bikes. I love the service we get and how patient they are when helping us choose the right bike. Also can’t beat free tune ups for life! They also do buy used bikes and we were able to sell one of children’s old bikes. Todd and Elizabeth helped us a lot at this location. “Went to pick up an online order for a jacket. The one they had left had a stitching pick in it. This wasn’t a big deal, but the sales associate Reagan went above and beyond by calling 3 other stores to find one in stock that could be held for me. She was extremely pleasant the whole time and without me asking, kept insisting on making sure she found one. This is what good customer service is all about. I will be shopping at this store again soon!”

“When I went to buy a bike, I intended to get the cheapest one in the store. At the REI Bike shop, I met Candice, the bike store manager. She was incredibly knowledgeable about bikes! After listening to her talk about the affordable option, I asked her to tell me about the most expensive bike they had. Once again, she impressed me with her expertise and suggested I test both bikes.
I made the mistake of trying the more expensive model, the DRT 3.3, first. It blew me away instantly. I told her I wanted to buy that bike and skip testing the others. I should mention that Candice was gently guiding me towards the lower-cost option, which speaks volumes about REI’s commitment to customer satisfaction over profit.
In the end, I left with an amazing bike, and I’m really grateful to Candice and the entire team at the bike shop. The experience made me feel like I wasn't just buying a bike but becoming part of a very cool community.”

“This is about Russ. This guy is the coolest most caring salesman I’ve met in a long time. I went to this store a week ago while I was almost sure I’m gonna buy a brand new Spirit treadmill elsewhere but just to check out what they have. Russ was so informative, friendly and trustworthy that he gave me so much insight about treadmills, right shoes and other useful knowledge in general. I liked him very much but decided to just give him a good review and buy somewhere else. Well, that’s not what happened. Matrix treadmills and their high build quality were so tempting that although they were out of my budget range, I went back there and man, he did everything he could to find me a great deal from their pre-owned inventory. “Got a great deal on a pair of used water skis that they had repaired. Jay was able to hold them for me til I could get them…unlike another place that assured me “they had the skis if they are listed on the website” and “it’s fine it will be here when you get here” and then when I show up later the same day and lo they have only one ski. I’m not bitter about it at all because it led me to find THIS far superior store.”

“I wish I could give 6 stars for the customer service experience I had yesterday. It was late in the day on Labor Day and I had a flat bike tire that I needed fixed. Erik in the bike shop jumped into action, diagnosed the issue, explained what happened, and replaced my tube within a few minutes. All for a very reasonable price. While Erik worked on my tire, Liz answered several questions about the store’s sales, and told me about upcoming events. A great customer experience.”
