Do not go to the car was attached to this location. I brought my new vehicle here due to a "high pressure" car wash being available. Mud was prevalent on my vehicle but having very young men use the pressure washer unsupervised was not good by the manager. I will not be returning due to paint being removed from my vehicle

The man I spoke to over the phone and then had the unpleasant interaction with when simply trying to drop off my key, because I couldn't locate the drop box, is probably one of the most unpleasant people I've ever conversed with. It was extremely early in the morning and even the Uber driver noticed the man completely ignoring me as I wait outside the door in 30 degree weather, to ONLY drop off my key; yes he saw me at the door, HE LOOKED STRAIGHT AT ME. I was rudely informed by this man on a Saturday, "I'm closing, I can't get to your car until Monday." I quickly agreed and the following Monday dropped off the key after being treated like trash. Not sure if he's just not a morning person, racist or just a complete a-hole, but they never called me, I had to call them in the afternoon, on Monday and then after calling them a second time, mid-morning on Tuesday and finding out my car still wasn't looked at, I picked it up 3 hours later and took it to a different, more reputable repair shop. What is wrong with the human race, why are people so nasty, when will business owners learn that it never pays to be nasty to a potential customers because money is universal!

Not that this place needs another glowing review but after driving 4 places today trying to get an oil change for my 1974 TR6 on my only afternoon off, I was fortunate enough to pull in here. They immediately took interest and got me back on the road quickly. Super super nice people here, I left wanting to apply for a job so I could work here!

Very rude gentleman who runs the place. Had an oil pressure sensor problem and he kept telling me to call the next day for availability. He did that to me every day through the week and finally told me he couldn’t help me. I told myself I’d never go back because I had similar incident with them 2 years ago but there you go. Never again will I go to them fir a car problem

First time for our family using Charles Allen Shell for new front brakes and replacement of burned out brake lights. They also fixed our gas cap that we have been told on multiple occasions from other car repair shops that this would require a dealer shop. Every single person that we came in contact with was so professional and so nice! We certainly are blessed to have Charles Allen Shell here in Buckhead! If you have a car repair that you need fixed correctly and priced very reasonably, don't hesitate to call them. We're sure glad we did.

This is a wonderful and very reliable family business which has maintained our cars since they opened in 1960, the year we arrived in Atlanta. Super nice employees and very fair prices for repair, especially considering it's in Buckhead. They even have full service gas available! I always get my emissions done here too, and that's always a quick service. Highly recommended!
