Was just there and got an email stating that my account was emptied by an alleged purchace at this location.
I called them in an attempt to get my money back and was disrupted by the guy and told that they have zero liability for the outside card readers. Don't go here or at least don't pay at the pump.

I think this is a serious matter been that everyone is in a hurry , grab some snacks, pay and eat them without paying attention to the expiration dates , today is February 21st, 2024 and I took pictures of two items ( I didn’t check more than 5) one expired the other one expires tomorrow

On the Weekends. I get my coffee from them vanilla capp even that it comes from a machine the flavor is pretty close to the ones I use to get in Brooklyn NY so I am a Happy camper before work

When we needed help, they were as unhelpful as they could possibly be. A family member left a credit card at the store, and we realized when we were an hour away. They refused to even look and see if it was still where we left it. I asked if I could leave contact info in case they find it, but they just made a rude comment I won't repeat and hung up on me.

Great lighting and customer service. The staff is great and do a great job maintaining the parking lot and cleanliness inside. My wife always says she feels safe at all times filling up here because of the lighting and friendly staff!

DO NOT USE APPLE PAY AT THE PUMP. Pre authorization took $100 off of my card on top of what I pumped for gas and it takes 3-4 days to get it back.

SCAMMERS ! will charge you for more than you bought. i asked for the receipt and saw that i was charged more & his excuse was i know i know!! like tf . never bought FOUR drinks, only two ! BAD BUSINESSSSS! refunded me my money but imagine how many ppl he did this too without getting caught.

The auto shut off on pump 1 doesn't work. When the take was full it just kept spewing gas, now my shoes are ruined and they aren't doing anything about it. Do better, Shell

if I could give zero stars I would. The guy behind the counter around 7:45pm was very rude and unprofessional. He was a tall black man and wore a red shirt and black pants. He was on the phone with his "friend" trying to rush me out of the store so he could continue this conversation. He said I had negative energy although his was flaming. I was so uncomfortable I paid for my gas to get out of there quickly. I told him that his pants were unzipped and he said that it was fine. Not a good look Shell. I later saw him walk outside of the store pretending as if he was looking for something. I think he was to start an argument or "cat fight". I was told that this shell station is privately owned but he was reported.
