Clean, dry, no moths, no rodent damage. I was very pleasantly surprised; papers, portraits, silver, memorabilia, accessories, all stored safely over long period of time. Though the facility is not continually manned, the security seems good as was phone online help. I particularly commend Rashand for her help on the day we arrived and needed to get in and also her help today in cancelling my account. Thank you Rashand .
