“new facility, everything was very clean, it was easy to reserve the unit on line and was able to access and store my things the next morning. (It might have been able to do it even sooner). As I was loading the storage unit, the owner greeted me and very friendly. He helped me obtaining a more secure lock for thew unit than the padlock I was going.”
“I’m in the process of moving & wanted a nice, clean, well kept area. The. CSR was BJ. He was extremely professional, attentive, and thorough . I informed him of what I wanted and voila it was taken care of. Within the last few years most businesses hv a huge turnover rate. However, I’m hoping you all will keep BJ happy so he can remain via your employ/company (& vice versa).
****Also, no disrespect, …. It would be a pleasure giving this company my business for a few yrs. However. It is known that storage units tend to trend upwardly rapid. Can you pls keep the so it can be affordable for all.?

“For more than 10 years valued family possessions were kept at this facility. When I finally emptied them out in the last fortnight, everything was in good condition. Clean, dry, no moths, no rodent damage. I was very pleasantly surprised; papers, portraits, silver, memorabilia, accessories, all stored safely over long period of time. Though the facility is not continually manned, the security seems good as was phone online help. I particularly commend Rashand for her help on the day we arrived and needed to get in and also her help today in cancelling my account. Thank you Rashand . I highly recommend this place for Storage.”
