This family medicine is a 5 star. The staff and Dr"s are wonderful and truly CARE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 5 STAR EVERY TIME I COME.

45min after our set appointment time I walked up to the front desk. Before I could speak, the girl at the front rudely told me that we'd be next and that it's a small clinic, as though small clinics are somehow unable to manage their appointments they choose to set (see the other reviews noting very late start times). 55 min later and they finally were ready. If you're going to schedule appointments you clearly can't handle, you should not have your front desk girl be rude about it.

Great practice, staff, and doctors. We always feel welcome and they take great care of our family. Dr. Dragonu is kind and passionate and she is a great doctor. We are so happy with all the services.

If I could give no stars to leave this review, I would. I am currently in a rehab facility. I wore a shirt representing the facility. And because he saw the shirt, he discriminated against me immediately. My daughter was with a sitter yesterday and the went to the park. She had an incident with a bush and her eye is a bit swollen and red. The rude male doctor says " oh you're from blank. Well you're down playing this. I won't see her. You need to go someplace else. " I have never been so horribly judged about my recovery. I would not reccomend this place. This male doctorwas rude, disrespectful and completely discriminatory. I forgive his ignorance but will never forget this experience!

Dr. Dragonu is so sweet and always takes care of me and my family, Dr Jude is careful and listens to all my concerns. I love the fact that they always have a same day appointment available (maybe because I call before noon), and I'm glad the prescriptions are always ready to my pharmacy store on file.Btw, the triage lady Tania, is really professional and attentive to the details.I highly recommend this office. This is my family's PCP from the past 5 years.

TAKES ALL DAY TO SEND A PRESCRIPTION!! Went to be seen at 9am, it’s 4:25pm and I’ve been running around to 3 different stores because the doctor doesn’t know who she wants to send the prescription to! It’s honestly ridiculous!

Been here for 7 years they always check if you’re in network before you come in. These Dr and Nurses are very caring and patient. Always have your best interest at heart and always listen to their patients concerns.

My friend went here and the doctors are really crooks. Jude and Beatrice are really corrupted people and not good doctors. Do not be fooled by the fake 5 star reviews. Read the one star reviews this clinic tries hard to bury with fake positive reviews. Never trust this people that should be ashamed for having a white robe on them. I do not recommendMi amigo fue aquí y los médicos son realmente ladrones. Jude y Beatrice son personas realmente corruptas y no buenos médicos. No se deje engañar por las críticas falsas de 5 estrellas. Lea las reseñas de una estrella que esta clínica se esfuerza por enterrar con falsas reseñas positivas. Nunca confíes en este pueblo que debería avergonzarse de tener una túnica blanca sobre ellos. no lo recomiendo

The most unprofessional providers ever, I went with my 8 month old for a little fever he had and just for a question I made he acted like a completely crazy person and treated us so bad! DONT EVER GO THERE!! When you’re sick you don’t want nobody to treat you like that and specially if it’s a baby that we’re talking about

This place is a joke! 0 stars do not recommend! Dr. Dragnu is rude and doesn’t not properly diagnose or treat conditions. The skill level here is one notch below treating a paper cut. They will have you waiting for 2 hours with an appt to even be called back

Doctor Dragonne has not professional care for her customers well been.If We call with a concern on a medication side effect , she will ignore the request and reefer you to an other doctor.(she supposed to be a doctor)Someone should check her credentials.She is unable to accept customer concerns and dismiss the issue without regard.If you care for your life , don't visit this clinic at all.

I’m very disappointed in the service that I did not receive. This place does not take appointments but the hours of operation sounded good so i gave it a try. I entered the facility at 5.30PM with the knowledge of the place closing at 8PM. The lady behind the counter told me they were full and were not seeing anyone else for the day. I then asked if they were open until 8PM and she stated yes but it’s about 20 people in front of you. “I’m thinking to myself that a Covid swab doesn’t take that long but okay. “ i then asked can I make an appointment for the following day and she stated that they did not take appointments.. if it takes more than 1 hr to swab 20 people you may need to schedule appointments. The lady behind the counter looked tired and frustrated.. sorry you had a rough day but don’t take it out on me. .. anyway I turned around and left feeling disappointed. I will never come back to this place and I will definitely visit a different facility tomorrow.

My journey in the U.S. has started 8 years ago with Dr.Dragonu. She is one of the best doctors in America. Always lovely, caring and finding the best solution. Now I live 60 miles away from Sandy Springs and still visiting my doctor every time I get sick. I've read some interesting comments about her but it is not true. If there is something that she needs extra backup, she of course will send you to a specialist. That's good for you and health of the patients! I will always visit her, thank you for what you do to me and to my family. You will be in safe hands with those lovely doctors!

I had a painful tooth infection and was unable to see my dentist until the end of the week. I just needed an antibiotic and was turned away at the desk while the female doctor shook her head no and was refused to be seen by the receptionist. I have visited this place before and was seen by the male doctor here with no issues. I will not be returning and am very disappointed by this visit. Do not recommend coming here for truly urgent matters.
