Def recommend this cigar shop. I was unsure what choices to make as I was new to the cigar shop. Howard at the front counter was very knowledgeable and patient. I will def stop back through another time just to say hello. Great ambience with the cigar smell and sports on TV. Very clean and organized establishment. Thanks

The vendor at the store was very rude. Bought a lighter that did not work, asked if it would be possible to exchange it for cigars. He said no, that I needed to get the same lighter. When he realized that the other ones did not work he agreed to exchange it for cigars. He ended up charging an extra $3 for the exchange and when I asked the reason he said it was fair because he was eating a lighter tgat did not work.

Friendly service, relaxed but helpful. Very good selection, well-maintained humidor and competitive pricing. Other customers were friendly, too.

Nice people... but they have a MAJOR mold problem. Last visit the gentlemen was pulling boxes and wiping them down.Prices are fine, and the selections is pretty mediocre as far as good popular brands like Pepin, Tats, LFD... lots of random brands.They need to dial down their humidity and get the mold sorted and this will be a good place to go. But I strongly urge you to avoid buying anything for long term storage, and would even suggest segregating anything you may purchase from your regular stash.They fix the mold, this is a solid 4 star shop.

I don’t think they care much about African American customers. The tension was very high from the moment I walked end. I didn’t purchase anything because I felt unwanted.

Small location but packed with all the goodies. The owner is always pleasant, helpful, respectful, and courteous.Too far from my Marietta home to visit everyday but when I'm in the area, I make it a point to stop by. Try the Maduro Leaf by Oscar. It also comes in Sumatra, Natural and a few others. Get it and you'll see what I mean when I say "nice treat to unwrap".

I walked into this store with my elderly sister to purchase a couple of good cigars. We were greeted at the door by a gentlemen who was entertaining two other gentlemen, all smoking cigars (all of whom were white, my sister and I are African-American). I asked to enter the humidor and was told by the gentlemen at the register that I would have to leave my bags outside the humidor. Our bags were a a plastic bag with two bottles of tequila and my sisters purse. The gentlemen said both my bag and my sister's purse would have to be left outside the humidor, where the three gentlemen were smoking. I understood the sentiment of me leaving the plastic bag outside, he assumed I was capable or planning to steal cigars from his store. But who asks a woman to leave her purse outside of a humidor with three strangers? This request was totally inappropriate and in my mind racially motivated. I entreated but immediately left the humidor and the cigar shop with my multi-millionaire sister who had go there the purchase the best cigars they had in the humidor. This is one of those reminders that racism is still alive and well in this cigar store. Shop wisely!
