The bathrooms are out of service . There’s only one open, the men’s. I approached one of the gentleman on duty. Black male with glasses . Before I could even get a word completely out before he cut me off saying “yeah they’re closed”. I understood that, it was obvious. I said “ I’m trying to ask you a question , that’s all”. He finally stopped over talking me. I asked could he stand in front of the men’s door while I use the bathroom just 60 seconds. He firmly told me no because he had to relieve his co worker and to go up the street . As I sit here in the parking - he has yet ti relieve his co worker. All I had to do was use the bathroom and buy some fruit. I left without doing either . Here’s a tip for you sir : clean your teeth if you’re going to be blatantly biased with a smile on your face.

The ladies restroom is usually very well kept but this evening it was so awful there were flies inside and outside of it. Mind you, the restroom is right next to the coffee and fountain drinks, so the flies were just swarming all over the place. I also think there was urine intentionally left in the middle of the floor.

I went to QT this morning as usual. I encountered Ms. Renee she was very short with me and didn’t complete my service. This all transpired over a scratch off. Renee the cashier, asked do you know how much is on here because if it’s over $100 we won’t cash it, I said I don’t know how much is on the ticket can you check it for me. She repeat how much is in the ticket turning away rolling her eyes. I said I don’t know how to read the ticket that is why I asked you to check it, as she was checking the ticket .She then threw the ticket on the counter and proceeded to help the person behind me, I asked her,her name and she said I don’t have to give you my name. I was trying to read her name tag but she had her hair covering it up.

I shop here exclusively to buy RedSeal Finecut Wintergreen and different flavored longcut Skoal. I don't know how many cans I buy a week but it's a bunch. Not only that, I buy gas and just about everything else from there. They were out of red seal so I complained. They acted irritated that I was irritated and said the manager just doesn't order enough. Not only that I walked out of there with a can that was good through March 2023. It's OCTOBER!!! YOU CAN TELL WHEN A STORE IS ON IT'S WAY DOWN. THEY'RE GOING TO BE THERE SOON IF THEY DON'T CHANGE. It's time I made a change of stores for sure! #quiktrip #skoal #redseal

Luis is a gem & QuikTrip is lucky to have him. This location is always clean, someone is always restocking, & the staff are all nice.
