BEWARE of this qt. This Gas station put a hold on my account while I was trying to get gas. I have never had this happen at any other qt. When I put my card in at the pump,it told me to see the cashier. I checked my account and it had taken all of the money out of my account. I went inside to talk with the clerk and she said it put a temporary hold on my account and to wait 15 minutes. I called my bank and they said the gas station put the hold on my account and it will take 5 to 7 business days for the money to come into my account. I was on empty. They should have a sign up saying there will be a temporary hold on cards for whatever reason. While I was on the phone with my bank , they took an elderly couples money on their card without them getting gas as well, and I told them what happened to me and they went in to complain. Don't come here to get gas.

I ordered food at the counter and waited. While I was waiting the White boy that was making my food told me I needed to pay first. But, I noticed the White guy in front of me didn’t have to pay first. I came there times before and the other cooks never told me to pay first. I usually pay after my food is cooked.

My favorite chain of gas stations! They have every thing that you need on the go! The only thing they don't have is some where to lay your head down inside the building! As a truck driver, I have spent many nights in their parking lots after taking a hot shower and eating their in expensive food.

Be careful with QT! ITS BEYOND DANGEROUS HERE!At 11:20pm this location was left to only one person in charge.All I wanted was a single beer that was not in the slot. In fact there were a lot of slots missing beer. It’s possibly in the back, but the young black lady left in charge refused to check for me. She said you need to wait until all the customers leave…And I did. Wait and wait, only to see 5 customers that showed up after me, come and buy their products and I just stand there waiting…Forget customer service here. Forget reasoning..After I complained, the other black customers ganged up on me about berating the QT Manager in charge (she claims).. In my opinion the youngest manager of anything I have seen (maybe she’s 19)..In fact the only way this situation was resolved was by an of duty police officers ?♀️ who intervened and made sure all the other customers went home without an incident.Good for them, as I am not afraid to protect my self and stand for my rights.In conclusion,Why was this woman left in charge of the entire QT at 11 o’clock by her self?Why was she even hired for this job?Why didn’t QT train her properly?BE CAREFUL WHEN SHOPPING AT QT!ITS BEYOND DANGEROUS HERE!

I got a sandwich that comes with a combo for 4.49 free chips and drink included with the sandwich also brought a pretzel which was 2.99 my subtotal was 8.68 when 4.49+2.99 is 7.48 so why my subtotal was a 1.20 cents more I told her about it and try to lies about how much I had to paid. Not even upset about it just the fact I eat here like every week and couldn't get my order they even gave me the wrong sandwich saying there is only wheat because the white bread was frozen.

I went in to get coffee this morning and they only had two options for coffee the people are being lazy and didn't do their jobs and when I asked him about it they were just laughing there's a whole bunch of black people so you know they don't have to do their job when they're at work

It's always a choice experience at qt. The staff actually cares about the customers and respects their time. It is the sense of urgency among the staff and the variety of product that makes QT stand out.
