I have been taking my dog Kirby to puppy chastain for a long time and it has always been a stress free experience. The staff is so nice, the cameras are great and they are so responsive when I reach out to see how Kirby is doing. They send pictures ect to make me feel better.
Highly recommend their services.

Not once but TWICE, I’ve witnessed multiple (more than 10) dogs escape from this Puppy Haven and onto Windsor Pkwy or into their parking lot. Obviously, there are some safety measures that need to be taken. I will not send my dogs here.

My dog had a great time for his first boarding experience! We loved being able to see him on the cameras and getting daily updates. He also got a groom that was fantastic! Thank you!

I’ve tried several dog daycares in the area and even after my dogs first day here I was impressed! Everyone was kind and welcoming. I knew my golden was well taken care of and will definitely be coming back!

My Maximus has been going to Chastain Puppy Haven for at least five years and he gets so excited each time we arrive in the parking lot. The staff is friendly and the place is clean and smells fresh. I recommend this pet resort to those looking for daycare and boarding without worries.

I absolutely love this facility! The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, and I always feel confident leaving my pup in their hands. The pet play areas and lobby are exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with plenty of staff available to ensure the safety and well-being of all the pets. They provide regular walks, playtime, and even grooming services on site. It is a great environment for my dog Murphy to socialize with other dogs in a controlled and calm setting . It is quite evident that he is well-cared for and happy while he is there by the fact that he bounds through the front door every morning for daycare. The presence of cameras to check up on my dog throughout the day gives me peace of mind knowing that I can see how Murphy is doing and what he is up to. It's great to have that extra level of transparency and reassurance. I truly appreciate the care and effort that this daycare puts into ensuring the well-being of all the pets in their care. I would highly recommend this pet daycare to any pet owner looking for a trustworthy and loving place for their furry friend.
