The cleanliness, customer service but the prices have sky rocketed. I saw a pack of frozen shrimp for 25 dollars. What? Ridiculous. However, there is a great quality of meat and vegetables.

There’s a guy who works the hot food/sandwich area who has a huge attitude problem. I’ve never personally had a bad experience with him, but it’s been about 2 or 3 times I’ve been here that I’ve seen him snapping on a customer for no reason. Zero customer service skills whatsoever

Super clean store, helpful employees in all departments. And subs that are well above all the competing chains. No comparison in quality and price point on whole subs, typically a specialty sub every week. Loaf the Publix app and save lots of $$$$ on BOGOS and digital coupons.

Poor customer service at the deli counter. I patiently waited in line and ask for a gluten free wrap. They have one but say it is not for the counter but for the premade Togo area. Poor service!! No offer to find a solution. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
