Just moved all of my family prescriptions to Costco. Pharmacy manager couldn't care less about her customers. Lackadaisical attitude and failure to notify me that she didn't have my prescription on the order date, then when I came to pick it up 3 days later I find out that although I ordered it in time, during the wait it had expired and then had to see the doctor to get it revewed, 90 days early. They also Constantly failed to apply my discount card. And had To have them run it each time I came in. I don't recommend these folks at all. And there are a lot cheaper alternatives all around the area.

First, I was given HALF of the correct amount of pills for my prescription. The pharmacists’ error. I called as soon as I got home to confirm that they made a mistake and forgot the other half of my pills. I spoke with a tech who confirmed they left out half of my pills and would have it ready for me to pick up.
After I finished the first half of my prescription, my boyfriend went to pick up the rest of my pills (which were already packaged and ready to go) When he got there, MARIAM accused me of lying about not receiving the other half of my pills and refused to look for the rest of my prescription. What kind of pharmacist tech accuses a customer of lying about something that was the pharmacy’s error? Why is it my duty to take care of the fact that Publix messed up my prescription?
Mariam said I should have remembered the person I spoke to’s name in order to “corroborate my story.” 1. The lady I spoke to never told me her name, and 2. It’s Publix’s job to keep record of phone conversations with customers in their system. After giving my boyfriend an earful, lecturing him, and speaking down on him about the situation, she reluctantly gave him the rest of my pills THAT I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Truly remarkable to be called a liar over something that was never my fault to begin with. Will be switching pharmacies immediately and hopefully Mariam will receive some extra customer service training.

I think I have to give this Publix five stars for the service alone. In the meat/deli area, an employee approached me and asked me if I needed help finding anything. I've been a regular at Publix in metro Atlanta for decades (Atlantic Station location, mainly) and that never happens to me. I told him that this Publix's layout is flipped from what I'm used to. He smiled and said he gets that a lot. I did get turned around at first, but I was able to easily find everything I was looking for, except for the Red Baron Deep Dish Pepperoni Pizza singles (2-packs) which this location and my go-to location were out of at the time. I've also liked to buy them in bulk (12-packs) at Costco. That guy and the two ladies at checkout were very friendly. There were also a couple employees in the produce section that were joking around with each other. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood. This was on a random Tuesday night around 8:30-8:45. Did they all just find out they got unexpected bonuses or something? I had a conversation with the cashiers about the restaurant I'd just eaten at, Kyuramen, in the same shopping center. I brought my leftovers in and had them with me while I shopped. My cashier, Jill, noticed and went out of her way to bag my leftovers for me. How nice of her. This Publix is located in Abernathy Square, the large shopping center at the big intersection of Roswell and Abernathy Roads in Sandy Springs, North Fulton. The reason I came to this location is because it was convenient for me to grab groceries right after dinner. This shopping center was busy, especially when I arrived around 6:30pm, but there was plenty of parking. I ended up settling for a 2-pack of Red Baron Deep Dish Four Cheese Pizza ($4.59) and got a few things I routinely buy at Publix: a large fruit salad ($16.08), Silk Almond Creamer Sweet & Creamy flavor ($5.59), and two cans of Starbucks Premium Instant coffee Medium Roast ($10.79 each). The selection of Starbucks products at this location was better than my normal Publix in Atlantic Station, but I'm pretty sure this Publix is bigger. My wife and I are generally fans of Publix and prefer it over competitors like Kroger and Harris Teeter simply because of Publix's fresher produce and generally higher-quality selection. I also like that you don't have to deal with a membership at Publix because everyone gets the same "automatic" discounts. Publix did launch a membership program, Club Publix, in 2020, but I think its main benefit is digital coupons -- it's not for automatic discounts at the register like Kroger Plus and Harris Teeter VIP, where you have to scan a membership code or enter your phone number. Like the Publix I frequent in Atlantic Station, this Publix also had a police officer stationed inside the front. This one was a Fulton County officer. This location opened in May 1994.

Only used it because it’s the closest pharmacy to my apartment, thank god I’m moving because I am tired of them screwing around. They never have my medications ready, they have several times told me it was ready only for me to go there and it not be ready.

I'll preface this review with this is not my "usual" Publix. Cruised in needing a few staple items on a Wednesday (milk/bread- stuff for spaghetti). Overall this store is a bit smaller than others in the area, so isles are a bit more congested. I fortunately was there when the world wasn't; but still was close to other people's carts. Also note this Publix is laid out backwards (produce on left as you enter). My store it's on the right. All in all decent place (aside from some negative reviews here). I used the self checkout; so can't comment on the staff at the front.

bottom of the barrel when it comes to Publix. pub subs are my favorite sandwich but this place makes horrible sandwiches. The employees are always in horrible moods and make me feel like I'm pissing them off when I ask for a couple slices of meat in the deli. Watch out for the incorrect prices on the shelf when you check out. They don't pull any tags so the sale that ended 2 weeks ago is not the correct price. This location is always out of stock on most things that you can find at the Kroger across the street. save yourself the headache and shop anywhere else

I really like this store. Being European I love their international selections. The yoghurts, and my all time addiction, the French Presidente butter, it's hard to get that butter anywhere. Also they have lots of organic stuff. I love the staff, they are always ready for a effortless chat. Really lovely people. I normally go to Whole Foods, and as I just moved here I went there right away, but I keep going to Publix most of the time now.

Terrible customer service. The pharmacist are very rude and dismissive. I called to get a prescription filled and was told it would be ordered and arrive Monday. I go on Monday to pick it up and am basically yelled out by another pharmacist claiming that basically "I'm never gonna get that prescription there and that another worker lied to me." in the rudest, most hostile way possible. I am fine with the worker who told me it would be ordered being wrong, but being talked to and yelled at as if I did something wrong is ridiculous. I will not be back to a Publix pharmacy.

It’s so rare to have a truly excellent pharmacy experience, but picking up my prescription yesterday was easy, simple and enjoyable. I had some issues with my new insurance and Andrea D went above and beyond to figure out the issue with me- it was a delight to collaborate with a pharmacist that clearly cares about patients. Even though it’s 20 minutes out of the way, I’ll be going to this pharmacy from here on out!

It’s a tough industry now with short supplies and understaffing but they are always working hard and polite. Far superior to our local Krogers. I appreciate this pharmacy!!!

I switched from CVS to here and was hoping for better service and man was I wrong. Prescription was sent to this pharmacy on 10/22, they could not fill it and did not bother to call me or reach out to me. On Nov. 4th, when I followed up, the person answering the call told me it was denied by insurance (which was not) and told me to stop "harassing" them. I asked why this was harassment when people simply followed up on prescription status which was not filled for 2 weeks with no explanations and she simply said there's nothing they can do and stop 'harassing' them. My doctor continued to send them authorization and prescription and yet they could not lift a finger to notify patients or help out.

Slow ,clueless ..torture. Purchased clearance items, they came up full price , they stopped ringing me up . I went back took pictures, came back ,not good enough.... some guy went to look, came back said "no there not". OH, hell yes they are! went back AGAIN... with him and pointed it out, what's this???? "oh I guess so.". IDIOT waste my time. what is this Walmart. I suppose they charge all people full price if the sale doesn't ring up, but in.... this neighborhood, no one would notice, I will!!
