Definitely friendly customer service. However, the dry cleaning part of it, not so good. I've had to return a few garments due to not being cleaned or left with steam stains.Prices are a tad bit steep for the quality. Yet, the customer service & willingness to rectify said issues is a plus.

I had a leather jacket here at this cleaners for over a year. When I originally dropped it off, I came back about four weeks later, and it still wasn't clean. They told me to come back and it would be done. Since then, I have moved to another part of town. I drove over an hour to get to the Cleaners to pick up my jacket. And after the jacket had been sitting there for a year, they were still dirt in the pockets hair on the jacket. All the leather had the same scuffs on it. The owner and the woman working there try to refuse me a refund after they clearly saw the jacket was never even touched. Do not go to this place. They were scam you out of your money.

I have used Pro Cleaners in Sandy Springs for almost 24 years now which is about how long they have been in this location. I have always had prompt courteous service and the staff has always been friendly and greets me by name. My clothes always look sharp and I wouldn’t think of using anyone else. They are what all small businesses should be - reliable, reasonably priced and with consistently good service.

I went in there Saturday morning and ask the young lady how much it would cost to repair the zipper on my jacket I told her it wasn't the long zipper part it was just a little teapot that goes up and down she look me dead my face and said $70 I said $70 she suggests very expensive to fix a zipper I called every other cleaners in the neighborhood the highest I got was $10 I found a pack of those zippers online five of them for $10 but she told me $70 to fix the zipper on my jacket I can't believe she did that if that's not a rip-off I don't know what isI think the Better Business Bureau needs to be aware of what they're doing in there because if she only did it to me that means she was discriminating against me and that's a federal offense she stood there and tried to explain the process to me of why it cost $70 to fix the zipper on a jacket

I've tried to call several times during Covid-19 pandemic to pick up my dry cleaning and I've driven to the location on several occasions. The business is closed, no one is answering the phone; and no alternate business hours are posted. No options are given to pick-up my items. I'm very frustrated that I will not be able to recover my clothing.

Let me first start off by saying the service was not horrible, but it definitely wasn't what I expected and deserved. I first stopped by to inquire about pricing and "turn around" time. Pricing questions were answered very dryly and sarcastically. I was told that that most of my clothes would be ready the following day and possible longer for a few "complicated" items. Because I didn't have time to check with another cleaner, I decided to take a chance. I specifically pointed out and asked the desk clerk if the dirty rings around my collars would come clean. She confidently told me they would. Around 5 pm the following day, I decided to inquire about my items (since I had not received the text msg I was told I would receive). Again, sarcastically, the lady stated, "you haven't received a text message, have you." Well, I was told to expect most of my clothes the following day and it was close to closing time. (a 5pm call was reasonable) The next day around 5p, I called again. I was told that my clothes were ready. What? what about the text message I was scolded about? I picked up my clothes and my shirts still had pretty much the same "ring around the collar." (even had a nerve to charge me extra for one of the shirts). Conclusion: these folks did not respect or appreciate my business. I am not suggesting to not patronize this business and maybe your experience will be better than mine, but my experience was not good.
