Ashley is absolutely amazing. She has such a wonderful temperament and is good with all types of dogs. She takes her time and approaches difficult dogs with confidence and assurance. She also works to reduce stress and the overall experience is pleasant for all.
She listens to how I want my dogs to look and works diligently to please. I highly recommend Ashley and is actually the only person I use for my dogs- I have utter confidence in how she handles them, even my nervous baby

Today's experience reminded me as to why I mostly prefer animals over people. I thought that I had an email coupon for 20% off total purchase, so I went to the Petco to buy 5 large bully sticks for my dog to chew on. I went to the register and realized that my coupon was valid at Pet Supermarket, not Petco. I asked the cashier, Jeff, if he would honor the competitor's coupon. No empowerment with Jeff, so he called for MacKenzie. MacKenzie showed up and went around and around about company policy. It was exhausting. Either she misunderstood the policy, or there isn't one since a Petco closer to my house has honored competitor coupons in the past. I politely brought this to her attention and she huffed off and said that she was going to call over to the other store and straighten them out. Good grief. I think that Jeff and MacKenzie might be better suited to work at a place where customer service is a punchline, like at Walmart. As for me, I will keep my business at Pet Supermarket where the people are as friendly as the animals that visit them. If, for whatever reason, I am forced to go to the Petco closer to my house, I hope that MacKenzie was not successful in tainting their approach to customer service.

Grooming staff at this location is very friendly and the store is much better stocked than some Petco locations in the area.

I went in yesterday and I absolutely love this store. The two workers Madison and Dre are so helpful and always smiling. The only reason I can’t give a 5 star is because of the manager April, she’s just flat out rude!
