I was a little disappointed at the end. I had a very positive experience in the beginning but there was always a lot of time lag in email responses. The in person meetings were good but with the follow up I felt there was not a range of choices offered if you didn’t like a particular style of thing. For example we did not want typical built ins next to the fireplace and they suggested some seating and a mirror with wall sconces. I didn’t like the idea of mirror with wall sconces and wanted some alternate suggestions. Even in the 2nd and 3 round of suggestions different wall sconces were suggested but nothing other than that.We got our living room and bedroom designed and it felt like there was almost no effort put in for the bedroom designing. We had 2 meetings and we had discussed all of the details for the bedroom designing and when we were sent the PowerPoint for it literally no effort. I could have put that together in ten minutes. I was so disappointed. Anyways I do think they are talented, I am not sure if we got the short end of the stick because of the pandemic.

One of your truck drivers just opened their door and threatened to start an altercation in traffic near pleasantdale road. Unfortunately he sped off before I could get the truck number, please hire more professional drivers!

My wife and I have just started working with Design Director Jessie La Falce on our new home in Atlanta. So far the experience has been extremely pleasant! Will give updates as we go along.

Nothing but five star with John Ishmael! His talent, expertise, knowledge and professionalism quite honest is top notch. He has been redoing my houses for years and such a pleasure to work with. My last project was my Lakehouse in the N Ga. mountains and was a huge makeover. John and all his professional workers worked very hard to make this house a home. Love Nandina his retail store. Lots of beautiful stuff.

I was at a standstill with my bathroom design, and knew I needed help, so went looking for a designer in the Aiken area, and found Nandina. Never worked with a designer before, so wasn't sure what to expect. Designer Michele Merritt and Nicole came out to my place, and they were wonderful. So nice and totally got what I was trying to do. Loved it! They are great and very personable!

I understand that Nandina alternates their items periodically. Currently, the store has mostly mid century modern styled furnishings on display. They do have a couple of modern rustic pieces, as well. If those styles don't really do it for you, keep in mind that they do have a really nice selection of throw pillows, candles (including Nest), art pieces, and small giftables like leather notebooks, card games, and unique jewelry. They also offer re upholstery services, and they have a really extensive selection of fabrics to choose from. The lady who was working when we visited was very nice. She greeted us, and when she saw us sniffing the candles by the front, she let us know that they have more candles toward the middle of the store. After we had been browsing around for a bit longer, she asked us if we had any questions. We may never find furnishings here that suite our tastes, but we will most definitely be back to pick up candles for ourselves, as well as many gifts for other people.

I often shop in this store for clients. They have great selections, the only issue is the store is pretty small, and parking can be a challenge at times.

The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful! They listened to what we needed, pulled some options and let us look as long as we needed! We ended up with the perfect guest bedroom and now are going back for more! They are able to customize just about anything and the turn around time is quick! Highly recommend stopping in!

Nandina definitely has gorgeous home furnishings. Lovely couches, pillows, rugs, art, home accessories. Whatever you need you can find it here and be giving your money to small business which is always a good thing! My review is for their re-upholstery services though. Bet you didn't know they did re-upholstery, did you? Neither did I until City Issue referred me to them. Apparently they do some of City Issue's mid century modern furniture re-upholstery. For starters I bought this absolutely gorgeous mid century Dux chair that was covered in this hideous stained fabric that I knew I could get redone to look more period; the price was good so I had to buy it. After I bought the chair I had an email convo with one of the designers to get a quote for my chair and ottoman. I provided her with pictures and dimensions. She gave me the quote, $350 which isn't that much considering the front and back needed to be replaced as well as the ottoman. She also asked me to come in and pick a fabric. They have loads of fabrics to choose from; all styles and all price ranges. They also will let you bring in your own fabric, which is what I did (I bought my fabric at Lewis and Sheron). They quoted me a time of when my chair would be ready. I picked it up when it was done and my jaw dropped. My chair was now pimped out and bad ass. They did a wonderful job and I am so happy that I used Nandina. That chair is now my seating pride and joy. *I will post some pictures when I get around to taking them.

Love this store. They offer unique home goods that you don't see around the city in other stores. Thought the staff was really friendly and knowledgable. Ended up buying some beautiful lamps for a good price. We'll be back to see what else they get in.

Stopped in after doing some window shopping in the area. I immediately fell in love with everything from the peel and stick wallpaper to the wonderfully appointed room settings. I only needed a small birthday present, but the consultant treated me like I was furnishing an entire house. He took the time to tell me about their services and the background of one of the artist's they feature--I had a wonderful visit and will be back to make a more substantial purchase in the future.

I would never have come in here if it wasn't for the soon to be world famous @ScoutMob. I used the half-off deal and bought some wonderful modern wall sconces for about $40. At $80 they would have been a tad overpriced, but the deal made them just right. Contrary to the other review I found the staff to be very friendly. The home decor styles they have here are definitely my taste but above my current budget. If you're hunting for some random furniture or interesting wall pieces I would definitely recommend hitting this shop if you're in the area.

walked by today after a pedicure and stopped in when the window displays grabbed my attention. my friend and i had a great time snagging bargains off the christmas clearance. lovely furniture and home accessories too. a tad out of my price range for heavy duty shopping, but still... nice to know where to find modern/fresh style in my neighborhood!

Decided on a nice Saturday afternoon after leaving the hair salon, to hop into Nandina's...I totally loved their set-up, from the furniture up to the fabulous gifts and accessories...what I didn't like about this swanky furniture store was that I wasn't greeted when I entered the store and nor was I greeted while browsing throughout the store...I specifically remember, one of the sales staff, WALKING right pass me to greet/welcome another patron that had just entered the store...sorry, won't be doing any more (attempted) shopping here...Scoutmob deal or not...!!!
