Recently reached out to Luc to have our newly acquired Aston serviced. I had hesitations because we are over 200 miles away. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in understanding my concerns. They made arrangements to have the vehicle picked up and transported safely, and kept in communication with me thru the whole process. The experience was as premium as it should be.

I can't say enough good things about this Dealership! They are by far the BEST in the Southeast! I have purchased a lot of cars and no dealership has more integrity or honesty than MC of Atlanta. Brandon has gone above and beyond to help me out. Mary, Inaya, Peter and Luc are all amazing to work with. This review is for the finance/accounting department. I purchased a vehicle on 6/2022 from Georgia. They assigned a business in CA to take care of my title, tax and registration in CA. I told the dealership that I would be taking care of that myself by going to the DMV. I paid Georgia fees because the car was located there and the dealership should have forwarded that amount to CA DMV and I would pay the difference. When I paid the difference, they claimed that I caused a big mishap over how it should have been handled because now I've overpaid and the extra charges are in limbo. It's almost 2 years since I've gotten the vehicle and they still haven't figured out how to get the DMV to refund the difference. I have sent them multiple emails within 22 months and there still isn't a solution.

We have been told several times of new estimated dates for our new lotus. It was said end of January (even knowing they are over a year behind) We don't have a vin number . Was told it was at port once already but now all of a sudden it's not . Now get this, it's being delayed because of the port that crashed. Even with the fact that's not the port it's going to. Then they said they are going to reroute the ship. Lmfao you don't have the power to reroute a entire ship of stuff. At this point they are just taking money and not delivering products. What the FU.
Again we were already told it was at port months ago and it was waiting for emissions to be cleared. It was also stated to be going to a differnt port. Not Baltimore.

I had service done on my AM Rapide S at Motorcars of Atlanta. The condition in which my car was returned was horrible and unacceptable. One service was a windshield replacement. The exterior (roof, hood, glass, pillars) was covered with tape adhesive; the interior and headlining (cream colored) were covered in black scuff marks and dirt, the entire driver side door panel was covered with dirt, leftover tape and trash inside, and panels not properly reinstalled and aligned. Extremely disappointed in the service level, and their lack of attention to detail and concern.

Have my own financing my bank is ready to go I spoke with Josh about the McLaren 570 gt if you have very financed your own cars bringing your own will give you the best rate all my bank will need is out the door price tag tittle etc, KEEP IN MIND IM ALREADY APPROVED FOR ABOVE THE ASKING PRICE (JOSH) said they don’t accept outside financing I was confused never heard that before basically he wanted to run my credit to add on extra fees packages and more to jack up the price instantly got off the phone and will be going to get my McLaren from another dealership. I truly believe shady dealers think everyone makes the same amount or some don’t realize as business owners we have seen every side of the business world and that was a big red flag only thing left to do is find the right McLaren 570 this was honestly the first dealer I called after approval from bank avoid the Josh dude at all cost…

I had a wonderful experience working with Peter Klein for an Aston Martin DB 12. The ordering process was very smooth. Peter was very kind and professional. He worked with me to configure to my requirements. The car arrived as per the estimate given by Peter. Unfortunately, I could not proceed with purchase due to job situation. Yes, the inventory at this dealership has always been stunning, but what separates this place from anywhere else are the people who all share the same passion for fine automobiles. I went to MotorCars of Atlanta the other day. It was a great experience everyone was nice and friendly. I was able to walk around see some beautiful cars.Clean and nice dealership. Was excited to visit based on the other reviews. Had a chance to meet some nice people and snap some pictures.
