Husam and Andres were extremely quick and professional with adding my husband to my plan. Total time was probably 20 minutes. Great customer service and everyone was very respectful. If you want to go to a non-ghetto metro, this is your store. I felt like I could actually trust them with my phone lol.

The man who work there its a fantastic worker the Colombian guy ? that man if you need something in your to be fixed that is the right guy,I was in two different metro places ,plaza Fiesta and north east plaza and they don't do everything to fix my problem, but here I'll recommend it 1000%100 totally happy ? ? ?

recently had an outstanding experience at the the Metro PCS Store on Roswell rd. phone store, all thanks to the incredible assistance provided by employees Andrew and Adreus. Their patience and expertise made my visit truly remarkable.Andrew and Adreus went above and beyond to assist me with the transfer of my phone and the retrieval of my old phone number. Their level of patience was commendable, as they took the time to address all my concerns and ensure a seamless transition.Not only did they handle the technical aspects with precision, but they also exhibited a genuine willingness to help. Andrew is the best! He was super knowledgeable in helping me reboot my family members phone over the phone, so I didn’t have to make a trip to the store! Super awesome customer service and his directions were very clear, thorough and quick unlike the many videos I had watched for this issue on YouTube lol.
