I have been contacting the customer service line by phone and email on and off for 25 days to determine the cause of the software issues with my EQE 500. Unfortunately, my experience has been terrible. I have a case number, however the agents just pass you from one department to another with no support. Today I talked to 4 different people with no results, I was told by the fourth person that they would have a supervisor call me, still waiting. There is no way I can suggest the purchase of a Mercedes Benz based on the customer service I have received.

My vehicle was stolen from Mercedes Benz of Gilbert 12/15/22. Unsecured repair facility, dealership is now suing me for 300k. Dealership has had 6 vehicles stolen in 6 years. Management is more concerned with covering up the bad image rather than protecting you the customer

Service Department in Santa Rosa, California, has issues. They knew over a year ago that my C250's coolant system was leaking but failed to inform me. Instead, I have visited many times the past 12 months to have the car's coolant repeatedly filled. They also did not complete repairs on my C250's tail lights and I paid in full with my Platinum AmEx credit card. Not happy!

I bought a Mercedes 2023 C 300 convertible in May, loaded with features including the driving package.I had a front end crash the totalled my car in August. The automatic braking feature did not work! I sustained 2 broken vertabrae and a broken hand.In addition I had purchased the 4 year premier maintance plan for $2895.I called customer service twice to speak w a supervisor about getting this refunded. The first time I was told one would call me back that day-NO CALL. The second time, after a 25 min wait, they transferred the call and dropped it. Again NO CALL BACK.I then wrote to Customer service and NO REPLY.The was my FIRST and LAST Mercedes.

Purchased multiple brand new '23 GLC's. All had issues within the first 1,000 miles. Opened a case with MB corporate and they refuse to stand behind their product and make any efforts to retain a customer. Their cars look good and that's where it ends. They are completely unreliable pieces of garbage. Buyer beware-- you will get no support from corporate and likely not from your dealer either. Must get attorney to fight for you.

In the history of humans and service to those who are customers, I rate this particular location/company as the worst.I've never been this disappointed in an interaction with a company/business. They are definitely lacking in interpersonal skills. Mercedes really doesn't care about their customers, other than their wallets.

Horrible customer service. I wish I didn’t order a car with them. Built one in mid October with expected delivery in March. It’s mid June and they keep telling us new dates it will arrive and then say it’s still at the factory in Georgia where it has been the last 3 months. Complete bait and switch. I wouldn’t recommend Mercedes or the Houston Greenway dealership to anyone. Tried to setup a call with the manager and the agent we have been working with and they didn’t answer the phone. So here I am writing a review waiting for service.

Just a quick update on my repair. Since I couldn't get a response from Mercedes Benz USA about the status of my warranty claim, I decided to sue them. They didn't respond to the suit (shocking/not shocking) and I received a summary judgement forthe full amount of the repair. I'm sure that collecting my money will be next to impossible but I'll certainly try.

I have a C300 2019 Convertible AMG and the driver seat seam has come unwoven.... They say this is a problem with Mercedes.... Mercedes Benz is known for the state of the art German engineering... This should not be the case on a vehicle that's not even 4 years in... Who can I reach out to get this fix..... Anna or Honastasia is the absolute worst Executive Manager ever. This is one person who will avoid doing her job. I have called over 15 times and she refuses to take my calls. She makes her employees give no reason why she wont take my calls or return my calls. She makes the company look like a complete joke. I feel bad for the agents who work under her and having to deal with bad management. This is why you have good agents leave the job. My case number is 2-37491362803.
