The customer service is embarrassingly antiquated. They will not return anything at the store regardless of receipt- they blame their out of date policy on their “system “ - seems like a great way to sell inferior products and hide behind a bad, non customer friendly policy.

Not what I expected. I had visited in the before times and if I recall correctly it seemed to be a better curated version of the Kudzu 'flea market' in Decatur. This is modern, new and custom. If that is what you are looking for the staff seemed knowledgeable and attentive without being aggressive. Cannot speak to the full experience as I didn't experience it.

I bought several paintings from this company a few years back. The ladies that work in the store are not very friendly. They never greet you as you walk in. It’s like they’re too involved in their own conversation and the customer service is subpar. The older ladies are not very nice.

Went in May 2023. Just stopped in to bide since time while waiting for a local store to open. I just perused around. Super nice and unique decor. But expensive. I was greeted while walking around. I couldn't see myself paying that much for the items in there though

I don’t post a lot but when I love something I have to share! Kudzu is an experience from start to finish. Pam is the absolute best and we always catch up on life when I come in. I have always felt more than welcome and they give me ideas of things that may go with my aesthetic. I come in looking for one thing and happily leave with more. I tell all my friends to check it out and it’s truly one of my favorite places to shop!

Stumbled into this store the other day. There's so many cool items from gag gifts to jewelry and home furnishings. It's definitely on the pricier side for some items. Has a lot of unique items for your home outside of your HoneGoods or @home

I wasn't going to write a review until I visited again but now that I have made 2 trips here, it's time to post my review. I have never been greeted upon entering this store and that offends me. Just simply look up and say hello. And upon leaving, again nothing. Not a good way to do business.Selection is okay. Does not seem to change much. Also, on the pricey side. Will not visit again.

Have always loved this store but when I tried to use CASH was told first they didnt take cash because of the coin shortage. When I said that was over a long time ago the girl then said she would take it if I had the exact change. What happened to using REAL MONEY? I therefore HAD to use a CC. I thought I may be wrong, got in the car and googled nearest bank: sunburst @.3 miles away...said they had PLENTY OF CHANGE! WHAT GIVES??? LAZINESS??
