Store 467. I used to shop at this Kroger frequently. This is the worst Kroger of all times. Produce always look empty and a mess. The supervisor of produce talks on his phone all day ignoring the customers. The district manager Mr. Lee has a bad attitude. He never speaks to the employees. Mr.Lee takes money from his employees and gives the raises to the Produce supervisor. The worst district manager of all times. I’ve contacted Kroger corporate about this man. Mr. Lee is the devil and money hungry. It’s all about him. Mr. Lee don’t like his employees. The assistant managers all are lazy with attitudes. Customer Service is the scariest place in this store. This lady name Big Angela she has the nastiest attitude with an evil spirit. She’s Rude, GHETTO, and talks loud and crazy to the other employees in the Front End, I wish they would have her work in the back unloading trucks. Poor customer service. Mariana has a nasty attitude. And not customer friendly ??.The front end manager has a nasty attitude too. This Kroger needs to change its name to Unfriendly Kroger. Kroger do better. I would give this store -1. If that was a option. Beware of Customer Service.

I placed an order through Instacart at 7am. By 8:30, I received an email it was ready for pick up. By 11, I received yet another. My order was placed for pick up between the times of 12pm-1. It’s my son’s 3rd birthday, so I had guest arriving, I got there around 2. I placed I’m here on the app. 30 rolls by sitting in that parking spot. I called because cars are coming and going with their orders except for me. I was advised through a Kroger rep there are certain requirements through Instacart they have to accommodate, they’d be out shortly. After another 30 minutes, I call Instacart. They advised me Kroger was shopping for it at that moment and didn’t understand why they said it was ready. Another 20 mins go by, they come out with the order, not any apologies or acknowledgement. I then look in my trunk and see they forgot the 40 pack of water. I go inside, rep directed me where to get it, not to mention I’m 6 months pregnant with a toddler on my hip. I get the water and again NO acknowledgment for their mess up not even a glance my way. Instacart nor Kroger cared one bit my guests left for my sons birthday after almost waiting 2 hours.
I’m usually not the complaining type. I’m very understanding but the lack of acknowledgment or care is unacceptable.

I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT and THANK YOU to Richard ,,,, he was getting the shopping carts from the parking lot when he saw me with 3 cases of waters, the 40 count. I was heading to work and had a dress on and heels. He didn’t have to and honestly I wasn’t expecting it because chivalry is dead in this day and age, but he asked me if I needed help and he stopped what he was doing and came over and loaded those cases in my car. You are a good man Richard,, thank you !!!

Huge shoutout to Marcus and Leslie for helping me out in the very last minute. I previously called the store to confirm if you had already prepared charcuterie gift box and someone said yes. When I went to the store there was none. I bumped into Marcus and Leslie to seek for assistance because I needed the board ASAP and little with my luck in 10 min they prepared me most beautiful, designed and affordable charcuterie board.
THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THE CUSTOMER!

I had to go just before their closing but they let me in and were very polite even though being so late inconvenienced them.

While Kroger supermarket undeniably offers a wide array of products and services to its customers, its management, particularly a certain individual named Elisee, tarnishes the reputation of this otherwise reputable establishment. Elisee's behavior, characterized by disrespect, racism, and inappropriate flirtation with female employees, not only undermines the professionalism expected in a workplace environment but also reflects poorly on the values upheld by Kroger as a corporation.
Elisee's penchant for disrespect is not only unbecoming but also deeply troubling. His disregard for basic courtesy towards both customers and fellow colleagues creates an uncomfortable atmosphere within the store. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and it is disheartening to witness such behavior from someone in a position of authority.
Moreover, Elisee's racist tendencies are utterly reprehensible. In an era where diversity and inclusivity are championed, his discriminatory actions have no place in any workplace. Kroger should be a safe and welcoming environment for all individuals, regardless of race or ethnicity. Elisee's blatant prejudice not only fosters division among employees but also alienates customers who may feel unwelcome in such an environment.
Furthermore, Elisee's inappropriate flirtation with female employees crosses a line that should never be crossed in a professional setting. Women should not have to endure unwanted advances or harassment while simply trying to perform their job duties. His behavior creates a toxic work environment where female employees may feel uncomfortable or even threatened, impacting their ability to work effectively.
It is deeply concerning that someone like Elisee, who exhibits such flagrant disregard for basic principles of respect, equality, and professionalism, is allowed to hold a position of authority within Kroger. His actions not only reflect poorly on himself but also on the company as a whole. Kroger must take swift and decisive action to address these issues, including appropriate disciplinary measures and comprehensive training on diversity, inclusion, and workplace conduct.
In conclusion, while Kroger supermarket may offer quality products and services, the presence of individuals like Elisee within its management ranks severely undermines its reputation. His disrespectful, racist, and inappropriate behavior not only detracts from the overall customer experience but also creates a hostile work environment for employees. Kroger must take immediate steps to rectify these issues and ensure that all employees, regardless of their position, adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and decency. Anything less is simply unacceptable.

Awful service!!! I spoke to sure about switching my milk that I just brought because it was spoiled and she refused because I didn't have a receipt. I have shopped at Whole Foods and Publix and never had this issue!! I will not be shopping at this location ever again!! Sincerely a valued customer for 20 years!!! She was not friendly at all!!! To matters worse there is yellow tape on the milk that I purchased and she still did not return my $3 milk! I am calling Coorperate tomorrow!!!

If you need customer service, avoid it if a lady named "Angela" is there. She is extremely unfriendly, evil, and is a reminder of the devil. She is rude in her interactions and extremely inconsiderate of others. She has no business being an employee and is the reason customer service is the way it is. Every other employee I've ever encountered was polite and courteous.

I think this Kroger has improved but it's still often has empty shelves. It's not kept as well stocked as some of the other stores. It's also a busy and somewhat confusing place. People get bunched up together, particularly right outside the check. Checkout lines. Still the service has improved and I'm hoping that they'll be updating the stores soon. It's okay.. I think the neighboring Publix has better produce and service but otherwise it's comparable.
