“I called to schedule an appointment and was warmly greeted and scheduled for a same day appointment. The appointment was conducted professionally by a father/son team, and within 35 minutes all of my treasures were evaluated and sold. The setting is very clean and comfortable, and nicely situated off Chamblee Dunwoody Road w ample parking. I felt very comfortable there and my questions were welcomed and valued. Great experience.”

I received the most wonderful service from Fidelity in Alpharetta through beautiful angel Angela.
On June 6, 2024 I went to local Fidelity Office at 11800 Amber Park Dr Ste 14, Alpharetta, GA 30009 for my IRA Distribution.
Ms Angela Aliche received me very warmly. At the beginning, she found that I had a wrong birthday date in my IRA account, which reminded me that in the year of 2011, I lived in Boston Massachusetts, at that time, the birthday date on my driver's license was wrong. In order to match each other, the officer at local Fidelity Office in Peabody Massachusetts suggested me to change the date of my birthday in my IRA account according to the date on my driver’s license.
In this case, the first thing we needed to do was to correct my birthday date in my IRA account in order to calculate my IRA distribution year by year. Therefore Angela called ms. Bridget Grant and ms. Christina Reblora, the three beautiful girls worked together for a long time to solve the problem and made my IRA distribution calculation year by year.
I was deeply moved by their professionalism, skillful work and rigorous and humble service attitude. This was the best service I have ever received. Appreciate them so much !”

“I'm not a customer but had a great experience here. A friend who banks here was out of town. He received a check in the mail and asked us to deposit it. The check was payable to his name but the checking account is for his business. I expected trouble but when I explained the situation to the teller at the drive up it was handled immediately. If this had been at my bank I would still be there arguing with them. Great service!”

It was actually significantly easier than I expected. Another customer was there for an appointment and the other customer service person was asking if they needed water, coffee, anything else. It was my first time visiting this specific branch, and I usually dread going to a bank or a financial office; however I won't hesitate in the future to go back whenever I need to. Kerry Ann initially helped me and was so nice, but technical support was not of any assistance when trying to get my business account registered on app. Twenty days later I came into the Buckhead location and Jereson made my experience seamless.
