“Just bought a new house in Georgia and this is my go to store OMG I love the store. I was greeted with smiles as soon as I entered the door. This store is so organized and it has everything. If you’re not focused, you’ll walk out with the whole store and came in to buy one item.One of the store associates by the name of Amber helped me with the majority of my shopping. She had great ideas for decorating she put items together that I never thought about. . I asked her how long has she been working for this store? I really tried to steal her away to come to work for me. I didn’t know at the time she was a supervisor until I got to the register and asked about her. You know you’re doing something right when your coworkers give you praise.. Way to go HomeGoods you picked a great person to represent your company.”

“Not what I expected. I had visited in the before times and if I recall correctly it seemed to be a better curated version of the Kudzu 'flea market' in Decatur. This is modern, new and custom. If that is what you are looking for the staff seemed knowledgeable and attentive without being aggressive. Cannot speak to the full experience as I didn't experience it.”

“I went in looking for a particular item. Quickly, I ran upon an associate to help me. Although, he was anxious to tell me that Lowe's didn't sell that particular item. Until I pulled up the item on the Lowe's app on my phone and showed it to him. Then, he took out his little hand-held device preceded to look up the product and led me straight to it. Afterward, another sales associate came up to me asking if she could help me with anything? I told her no and thanked her. On my way to check-out, I remembered I needed some bristle flat paint brushes. I asked these two wandering associates, and they just looked at me like a deer caught in head lights. One turned around and asked another associate, and she sent me to Aisle 38. I walked from the front all the way back to Aisle 38, only to find she misled me. I tried to find them on my own. Needless to say, after wandering around for five to six minutes. I gave up. On my way back to check-out, I ran into two associates just chilling, propped up in the middle of the aisle talking. I asked them, "Do you know which aisle I can find the paint brushes?" "Yes," one responded. "However, I rather show you ma'am. "If you don't mind?" Of course, I did not! The kind associate took me directly to them. Way to go, sir! Now that's customer service!”
