The guy in front who I think is the owner aways over charges me. If you are young STAY AWAY from this store. When I get to the front to pay he makes up prices and I've seen him charge older people the real price which is always cheaper than what he charges me. Recently I asked for the price of a bag of rice, he said it was $35.99. I told him I wasn't interested, then the other guy at the register told him he would give me for $29.99, I told him No. I've tried and tested the dishonest guy for years by asking prices and comparing it to the prices he charges others. If you are young he over charges you. Stay away if you are young because he will overcharge you what he charges people 40yrs and over.

The man at the store was very unprofessional as he couldn't show a customer where to find items even when he was told that the item couldn't be located. All he said was "the item is on the shelf " I have to go to another store to get my stuff. Poor customer service

I believe this is the only West African store in the Alpharetta/Sandy Springs/Roswell/Dunwoody area. This is the nearest to me and my family. Many Nigerian and Ghanaian items in the store. TBH you have to understand that you are dealing with West African Men, they do have attitudes that's just how they are. Unless they know you personally or you shop their alot they do act funny . Outside of the customer service lol they have everything you NEED! My husband feels right at home when shopping there.

Very very rude customer service. I called the phone to be sure the store was open after I had been there earlier and it was not open even though it says open on google map. Whoever picked the call I asked are you open and the response was you called and I picked that means am open ... The person was so rude . What a horrible customer service ... And this isn’t even the first time I would experience terrible customer service. Shame !!! You live in a civilized world and still behave like someone in the bush mscheww!!!
