I gave 3 stars because Ive come in with my dog and the ladies welcomed me to bring him in now I just take my scooter inside. I agree whole heartly with evey one of the high prices and racial profiling of black people. I get it supply and demand it's not a real ethnic area so it's not busy like by the airport.I mostly got it from the men and once from a woman. Its a cultural thing that's taught and learned over and over me myself having worked for a Korean couple in a retail and a Chinese couple in a franchise restaurant. You will never be saw as a person individually with them you will be grouped into a setting and most likely a negative one. They just believe we rob, steal and are lazy individuals. I'm glad people do write their experiences about this I just wish they would go into more detail so people get an understanding of ones experience. I'm only writing this because like I said each time I go I have an okay experience to where I'm not traumatized but the last time I were in there I asked one of the Canon head boys working for a heat protector. He showed me sprays on my way to the register I saw a serum I thought would work better and when I gave it to the lady he said something she looked at it and said something back and it didn't register to me until I thought about it after the fact. On everything I would have said something to him looking like Caillou / Ernie mixed together. I agree Amazon is cheaper and at least you're able to take your things back if they don't work for you and you don't have anyone breathing down your neck like it's still the 80's "YOU BUY YOU BUY?!" That was the second time I've went in there and had a bad experience with a male working there. Having just went and got what I needed some blonde hair some dye the woman was so helpful got everything I needed within minutes and was out the door. No hassles. If I get that once more from another male I'm going to cuss him out so good!

I purchased 2 wigs from Hair Town Beauty Supply Sandy Springs..one wig was missing its lace..baby hair and already been cut half a×× I'm really disappointed in the policy on wigs. But I didn't bother to go back to the store because I knew how it will end...No accountability for selling a used wig..Makes me wonder are the products old...do you throw away old products old hair??...Please do better for the African American community that frequent your establishment. POSITIVE INTERACTION WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS IS KEY TO AN SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS ALSO...SO I APPRECIATE A RESPONSE SOON!?? I never read the reviews..never felt bad vibes...never brought anything from here that I needed to question...I'm soo disappointed!!!!Do better..Be better

I don’t know why African Americans shop in these places. They are very rude. You can find most of our hair products on Amazon. Love Amazon. If I could have given 0 stars I would have!

Why do we as black women continue to feed these racist. Like we really need to support our own or have other options. This place has sold me hair products with red chemicals in it. I have used this product for years and know the color very well. They gave me a store credit but the guy was very rude and nasty towards me. I asked to just double check all the items that were rung up to make sure I was getting the correct amount, being that I had to pay extra after the exchange. I wasn’t rude, it’s honestly just business but he got mad at me. I was being super nice and patient. Then told me bye with a nasty tone ( as if to say f you) when I asked if I offended him because I was really chill. It just made me feel like he hated my kind. I’ll never go here again. This has to stop they hate black people. Put them out of business

I am Letting my hair grow long again and this Beauty Supply location has definitely helped me a lot with this journey. I Love Short hair, but now I must allow it to grow again and I am definitely Loving these 1piece ponytails with attached bangs. They are so quick, easy and convenient and very affordable. The customer service here is always pleasant and very kind and helpful also.

Came here to pick up some items for my daughter. The two Ladies working were super nice & helpful. The store should be called Hair World not Town due to the massive inventory. Anything you can think of is sold here. Not just hair, nail & make up products. I mean clothes, oils, jewelry, household essentials & and probably some thing else I didn't see. A huge store, yet the isles are not cluttered & everything seems to be in a tidy manner for easy access. Whether the merchandise are on the shelves, on the floor, or on display. Prices are less expensive than I anticipated. Located next-door to the Jamba Juice with ample parking.

I'm very upset about my last visit to the store. I work at the salon across the street so I come there often. I showed up five minutes before close and the guy that was working there told me that it was 8 o'clock and I couldn't come in and I asked him if he was sure and he said yes however it was not 8 o'clock yet and I told him that I only needed two packs of hair but he would not let me in, so I will not be shopping there anymore which makes me very sad because I've been working across the street for 10 years i've known the owners before they even had kids.

I literally just dropped everything I was about to buy and left the store because I was being followed around by some lady. She walked past me 5 times within the 2 minute period I was there. Black women, don’t give these people your money.

Being followed around a store is such an odd experience. Especially when they practically run from behind the counter and start pretending to organize the aisles you’re on. Your store is too cluttered and narrow don’t flatter yourself. Just go to Angie’s or the nice larger beauty supply off exit 30. Y’all love black $$$ but this is how you treat black people.
