Terrible customer service at this fedex location. Not a single word from the rep (Antwain) who I dealt with when I came in to send a package. The wait is not the issue, it’s the lack of communication or any form of customer service. This is not my first horrible experience at this store hence the review.

I'm so thankful for the amazing customer service here! They always go above and beyond to help me with projects or documents, expedited service for printing time sensitive things (like photos and memorial cards for funerals). Rhank you Fed ex!

Would of given 0 stars. Had a special present delivered here on Dec 24th. Came to pick it up on dec 26th. Was told they couldn't find my package so they searched the tracking number. After doing this they said it was in fact delivered to them and looked again. They came back to tell me that it was probably taken back by FedEx even though they lock all packages up after receiving them. They turned me away and said to call fedex. How do you loose my package and not take responsibility for it and send me away?
